The condo was nice

Great beach view. Loved the location- tons of great restaurant options close by.

King size bed is not level. It’s like sleeping on hillside. Had to have the sliding door lock readjusted so that it would work. The rear eye on the right on the stove did not seem to function properly. they advertise the sofa bed as additional sleeping space but they do not provide linens or a blanket for that.

Great location everything in the condo we needed

We really enjoyed the area, the gulf front views, and Jimmy, the security guard for the property, soooo much! He was just the absolute best! The rental company was always very swift with any concerns or communication and were always very friendly as well!

Great location, awesome views, easy access to the beach

Small negatives: When we first checked in the couch cushions were soaking wet and the A/C never got the temp below 73. It could use a few minor upgrades but overall it was clean, great location, excellent security, and plenty of room and storage for all seven of us.

Would stay there again

Everything was just great. Updates were so nice, decor was tastefully done, & perfectly clean. My family enjoyed the pool and and best of all being right on the gulf! Can’t wait to come back♥️

We were very pleased with condo. Not too high up and so very close to water. The security guard is a little over zealous but other than that, we will stay here again

The location was nice. My husband and I are very active and work out daily. The VRBO description states a gym and tennis court are on site. When we arrived it was raining and the beaches were closed due to riptides so we decided to work out and that is when we discovered the facility does not have a gym or tennis court. The manager apologized for the inaccuracy of the listing. We would have never chosen a listing without those two amenities. Otherwise our stay was nice.

Stayed here multiple times and never disappointed. Condo has there very own washer/dryer which is why we love this condo. And with teenagers 3 bathrooms is big. Pool should stay open longer.

This property is a nice size with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It basically sits in the water it’s so close to the ocean! It’s a whole 10 minute walk to the hangout and even closer to a number of restaurants, a market, and a liquor store. The pool was clean and the common areas were also clean. Ice on the premises so you never run out! Only downside was there was only 1 parking pass for a seemingly empty parking lot. The security guard allowed us to pay another $40 to park another car though. Overall great experience and would book again!
