Island Royale 302 by Liquid Life

Loved our stay at Island Royale! Perfect view of the ocean. The Condo was clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed for our beach vacation!! Would definitely book this Condo again. You definitely won’t be disappointed!!

We loved our stay at the Island Royale. Room 302 was exactly what was described and very clean! Liquid Life who handled the reservation was prompt with any question. Ready to help and very accessible!

The condo was beautiful and very clean! The location is great. Everyone is very nice. The security guard, Joe was very nice and helpful. We had two boys age 7 and 12 with us and they had a blast!

Clean, great location nicely decorated, loved the balcony. The hot tub was set SO hot we could not use it couldn’t stand it past our knees unless we wanted to boil ourselves!! The biggest problem they supplied nothing but 2 samples dishwasher pods and hand soap and one roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms. Absolutely everything else we had to go purchase unlike other condos we’ve stayed in where they’ve supplied us with everything we needed and the elevators ran slow

Great condo, great stay

We loved our time in Gulf Shores! The condo was fully loaded and very comfortable for our family of four adults. I feel compelled to give a shout-out to the security guard, Joe. He was so helpful and made us smile every day. He seemed to know everything and everyone! I would stay here again in the future and recommend it to all.

The condo was perfect, very well stocked and well maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a vacation spot! Great hosts!

We enjoyed the condo. It was well stocked, clean and a great location. The only issue was the kitchen faucet handle fell off but we were able to use it so we didn’t tell anyone. I’m sure they would have fixed it because they communicated a lot about letting them know of problems. The hot tubs were nice but way too hot for warmer temperatures and the jets didn’t work well. It says to shower off first but the only way to do it is hold the hose over you. No showers to be found. It would be nice to have restrooms there too but they are on 3rd floor. Overall very nice and we will definitely come back. They have security guys on site too that were really nice!

Exactly what it showed when booking, very pleased, right next to the beach, balcony one of the high lights made you feel like you’re right on the beach. Well supplied with kitchen, very clean and well maintained, everything close by Great Place!!!

Would highly recommend this property. Close to all the amenities and a great condo right on the beach. We will be back

Enjoyed the views, location and had a wonderful time. Only things that could improve, the hot tub doesn't have jets, one toilet ran the entire time and we had brown water one day.

This place was perfect for our week for PHIP Meeting of the Minds. Our son, daughter in law and grandson stayed with us and everything was great. Nice beach, pool, and the condo was just what we needed.

Great layout and up to date furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and up to date appliances. This was a perfect place to celebrate my husband's 55th birthday! The one negative was about the facility, the elevators had a constant foul smell to them. Fortunately, the condo's location allowed us to easily take the stairs instead!
