The space
494 Bay Blvd is a 6 unit Condominium building. There is a shared courtyard area and free parking for tenants.

Units 1-3 are on the first floor and 4-6 are on the second floor.

Be sure that don’t invite anyone outside of your group to the building or the condo that you are staying.

Please use the hose on the first floor to wash any sand off your body or feet before entering the condo. This helps the cleaning team tremendously for any future bookings. Please Do your best to keep it clean. There are cleaning supplies available in the cabinet under the kitchen counter if you experience any spills, etc.

Please use coasters for your drinks. The counter tops are made from onyx and are susceptible to stains. There is granite/stone cleaning spray in the cabinet under the counter as well.

Bedroom 1 there’s a king mattress that will be reminiscent of college only because the mattress is on the floor but it’s sooooo comfortable and there’s a grounding sheet underneath it so you can feel truly grounded for your stay and sleep.

Bedroom 2 has two beds 1 twin and 1 double mattress. Both are comfy.

Towels are available for use. When you are finished with them please shake out any sand outside of the condo before returning them to the inside. If you can leave them in the washing machine that would be appreciated.

Beach badges - There are 4 beach badges. They are to be returned after your stay otherwise you will incur a fee if any of them are lost.

Guest access
You can use the entire condo. Access to the attic is not permitted.

You’ll have access to all appliances in the kitchen including a toaster, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, and water boiler. Additionally there is a mini George Forman grill, and a NutraBullet to make protein shakes or smoothies if that’s your thing.

The outdo area where there is green turn is the area for unit 4.

Other things to note
There is a fire extinguisher and flash lights if by any chance there is a hazard or power outage.
