Island Comfort-Beautiful Condo-Ocean & Sunset Views-AC-Golf

Condo was in awesome condition with plenty of amenities included like shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper to last or entire month stay! Great communication with host and everything in working condition. Lots of closet space, especially in the upstairs bedrooms, which we chose as our master bedroom as more spacious, quiet and nicer view. . Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were great throughout. The place itself is really well appointed - close to the pool area and easy reach to the shops and a short drive to the wonderful Hapuna beach. It had plenty of linen and towels which was great - one less thing to pack. I was also grateful to be able to borrow the boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella - super helpful. Overall great value for money and lovely hosts.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was perfect for our family with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everyone had their space. It's a great location for getting around the Island. 15 minutes to beautiful Hapuna beach. 45 minutes to Mauna Kea to view the stars. Owner has provided tons of beach stuff which was so appreciated. Chairs, cooler, mats, snorkle gear, kid life jackets, sand toys, towels, umbrella. It made our beach days perfect. The pool is a nice addition, as well as the designated parking space. The local grocery store was not bad at all. We enjoyed our stay. Even saw the volcano erupt! Hope to come back soon. Thanks!

Home away from home. Great place that my mom 87yo was able to spend time with her sister 89yo. They both live on the opposite of the island so this was a good reunion for them. Everything that we needed was there, Short drive to Waikoloa Dr to see the beautiful sunset.

Great time with family in paradise.

We enjoyed a great visit at this condo at Paniolo Greens in Waikoloa. The bedrooms were comfy for our party of six (4 adults and 2 teenager/preteen). The kitchen and living area were just a little small for meals and hanging out in the evenings, but we had a wonderful time. Don was extremely responsive and super helpful in every way. A good supply of beach chairs, etc. were very helpful and made for some great beach days. No complaints whatsoever! Recommended!

Great unit with lots of room for our family (2 adults in one upstairs room, 2 adults and 20 month old in the other upstairs room, 2 adults in main floor bedroom. Bonus was that each bedroom had their own bathroom!Our granddaughter loved watching the turkeys that wander the grounds. We highly recommend and would book again.

Our month at this Paniolo Greens condo seemed to fly by! We made use of the boogie boards and beach chairs several times. Cooked most of our meals in condo. Kitchen is small but well supplied. ( burners on stove are not great). Really enjoyed playing pickleball at the complex tennis court in the mornings. Weather was great for the majority of our stay! Never get tired of watching the sunset. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great condo- great location- 5 minutes down the hill to the main highway and everything close nearby. Second floor master has great view of the ocean, beds were comfy, kitchen had everything and there were so many beach toys- chairs, umbrellas, mats, cooler, boogie boards, you name it. And only 20 mins to Waimea for lots of great restaurants. All that and wild turkeys right outside your window.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Waikoloa Village. The condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great base for our island adventures. Good wifi, good air conditioning, great outdoor patio. While it’s not right on the beach (15 min drive up the hill), having a vehicle is definitely worth it anyway —driving around the island gave us the chance to explore everywhere , and the best beaches are just a short drive away. The location is still convenient, with a grocery store and a few restaurants nearby for easy access to everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay at a good price.

The location is great! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub which was just a short walk from the condo. Also not very far from five or six of the best beaches on the west side Waikoloa Village is growing and there are a lot of restaurants and stores to visit now. The condo was great because two of the bedrooms are upstairs and one bedroom is downstairs so the kids had the entire upstairs to themselves. The kitchen is very basic. There are a lot of things that could use updating, but I think the price of the rental reflects that. Don was great to work with and very prompt in answering any questions. We had a great trip! The a/c was a life saver!!

This condo was amazing to stay in. The AC worked amazingly and the view was gorgeous. The pool and hot tub were also great, but we spent most of our time at the beach instead. They also had multiple BBQ with propane on property to use close to the pool which we used multiple times. Our condo was perfect for pur family. We had 2 infants and 5 adults. The host was very kind and responded very quickly when we had questions. And they sent us a lost of fun things to do close by. Loved this place. Thank you so much!

Yes the condo is a little dated as others have stated, but we were basically just sleeping there. We were so thankful for the beach stuff in the hallway closet. My husband and I slept in the bedroom on the main floor. This bed slept great. Only problem is there is no chest or dresser for putting your clothes in. We improvised and made an area in the closet for putting shorts and bathing suits on by placing our suitcases on top of each other. The master bedroom upstairs was a great size but only has a queen size bed which was kind of a problem for my son, daughter-in-law and grandson. My grandson wouldnt sleep in the portable crib and it was a tight squeeze for all 3 in the bed. I knew it was a queen size bed so this isnt the owners fault at all. The twin beds in the other room were very hard according to my dad but he still slept great. Each bedroom has its own balcony plus the living toom has a balcony. I definitely would recommend this condo to others. The owners were great about getting back with us when we had questions. The resort itself is fabulous. There are many things to do there if you just wanted a day to do nothing.
