Stayed Jun 6, 2025We really enjoyed our stay here. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, good linens (I’m picky about my sheets and towels!), nicely appointed. I would make small suggestions like table lamps and end tables in the living room, curtains in the bedrooms that are correctly sized and on hooks or something so they slide more easily, and hooks for towels in the bathrooms. I found the hosts very responsive as well. Our only real “issue” was the a/c was not adequate for the space and really struggled to get to and maintain temperature especially during the day, even with blinds and curtains closed and particularly in the bedrooms. It made sleeping a little uncomfortable. I know they mentioned the HVAC in the building overall is problematic so just be prepared. Overall, a lively place to stay and Glenwood Springs was really fun with lots to do.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025We stayed for 3 nights for spring break with our 11 and 14 year old boys. The condo is perfectly situated from everything. Literally shares a parking lot with Iron Mountain Hot Springs - which is geared more towards adults, a short walk from the adventure park and 5 minute drive from downtown, the Hot Springs Pool and all the restaurants. The condo is beautifully maintained, clean and easy to access with an elevator in the building to bring up all our stuff. I mean a condo with 2 king beds and 2 full bathrooms?!? What more could you ask for as a family with older kids. We never felt on top of each other. Sometimes you don’t know what you will get but this condo is exactly as pictured and described. The host was attentive, responded within minutes and gave so much info on what to do in Glenwood. We had such a great time. Could not recommend this condo enough!!

Stayed Mar 19, 2025The condo was conveniently located with a beautiful park a short distance away that had trails to downtown. Very easily walked. The Iron Mt. Hot Springs was literally right there but unfortunately we did not get there. The bed's were comfortable, the home was clean and the kitchen was stocked well. Homerun!!

Stayed Jul 10, 2024We had a wonderful time!! The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We camped on our way to Colorado from Connecticut, so it was really nice to spend 5 days in such comfort. We were able to do our laundry, cook some nice meals, and enjoy some great activities nearby, including the hot springs and white water rafting! Would highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 16, 2024We enjoyed staying here! It had ample room for my husband, 2 kids, and I. Great location- right by the hot springs, adventure park, two rivers park, and only about a mile walking distance from downtown. It felt like a safe area and it was quiet. Highly recommend staying here!
