Very nice condo. The view from the balcony was amazing. The kitchen was stocked very nice and the condo had little extra's like hand soaps, trash bags, clothes wash and dish wash. I have already booked again for next year.

It was a nice relaxing trip with my girlfriends. The location was nice and quiet. The weather was perfect.

I think the check-in and kitchen facilities are spot on. It was easy to get checked in. And the Kitchen had everything we needed to fix any meal we wanted (even though breakfast was the main item). The panoramic view of the beach and ocean was breathtaking. I will definitely plan on booking this exact property again. Totally loved it!

You really can’t beat the location of this unit! It directly overlooks the beach with super easy access to pool and beach. The beds were comfortable the AC worked great and everything seemed to work properly in the unit. The one down side I would say is this is a forty year old building and it’s pretty dated inside and beat up a bit. For 1 million dollar unit’s that pay over 1100 a month in HOA fees I would expect the units to be more updated and fresh looking. Furniture on the patio was stained and had mildew stains. There were no beach towels available so had to go buy some. Minimal toilet paper and paper towels in the unit and no coffee filters for the coffee machine. For 4 grand a week I would expect more of these types of things in the unit. All in all I would rent this unit again as it’s probably the best location in the building and the pool and property were very nice, very close to good restaurants, Property manager was very accessible and accommodating, he gets an A

The condo was as advertised. The location was perfect since it was a bit more secluded from the traffic but had easy accessibility to everything we needed. Having the balcony right on the beach was extremely enjoyable for my in-laws who love to sit and watch the waves and tons of dolphins. The condo was well stocked with pots and pans and other helpful items such as cascade, tide, hand soap, spices, etc. The only concern we had the entire week was entering and exiting the balcony as there was a very large step that we had to remember about. After several trips, we put notes on the sliding door to remind everyone to step over the metal guard. Not sure anything can be done about that other than just being aware.

Great place for a family getaway. Immediate pool and beach access. Rental car is key in order to get around to local restaurants. Bring your own beach towels and property manager has quick communication via email. Will be coming here again!

Condo had everything you could want. Great location. Modern and updated inside. Patio facing the beach. Very happy with this place and sure we will be back.

What an amazing first experience with VRBO. Our family stayed a week in this beautiful condo! It was very spacious and clean! Michael Pasek was great at checking us in and communicating with him was very easy. Great location to the beach and gorgeous beach views from our balcony! Heated pool and jacuzzi were a plus! The condo had very comfortable beds and was equipped with everything you will need I mean everything! Lobby and the Inlet Reef parking lot were also nice and clean. We will definitely rebook this location for our family vacations again!

The condo was in a great location. The unit was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Sunsets were amazing. We thought each bathroom had a walk in shower, but it was only one. It was inconvenient, but we made it work. Would definitely come back.

Property was very nice! Beautiful view and beautiful beach. Property manager was excellent and took care of all our needs and questions!

Great location. Close to restaurants and other activities. Easy checking and checkout process.

Everything good but several things need attention: ice maker issues, blinds on living room window don't work, something going on under master room big sink, no leaks, but lots of noise when running the water, unable to watch TV in bedroom.

We stayed in this condo twice this summer. It is perfect! Clean. Perfect location. Easy check in and easy check out. We are already planning our next trip and will book this one again! We have found our home away from home with this condo.
