Beginning in late August 2025 until September 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give forconstruction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

When you enter the condo, the Guest Bedroom and Guest Bathroom will be on your left, while the Breakfast table and Kitchen will be on your right. Has a bonus area next to the kitchen with a twin bed for extra sleeping as well as a full-size washer and dryer.

The Kitchen has bar seating for four guests, a plethora of counter space, full size appliances, and all the pots, pans, silverware, and dishware needed to prepare your favorite meal.

The Guest Bedroom has two Twin beds, a wall mounted HDTV, and HD cable. The Guest Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. Moving down the hall, the Dining Area will be on your right, the Master Bedroom Suite will be on your left, and the Living Area will be straight ahead.

The Dining Area has a Ceiling fan and a rectangular dining table set for six guests.

The Living Room comes with two couches, one that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper, two chairs, a big screen HDTV, HD cable, a Blu-ray player, a floor-to-ceiling window, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The Master Bedroom Suite comes with a King size bed, a big screen HDTV, HD Cable, two chairs, sliding glass doors leading to the balcony, a walk-in closet, a makeup area with its own vanity, and its own private bathroom. The Master Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination.

The true beauty of the condo remains on the balcony. This hexagonal balcony comes with a wet bar and an outdoor dining table set for six guests. From the balcony, you can see the hot tub and pool of Inlet Reef, the emerald waters of The Gulf of Mexico, and The Destin Bridge.
