Inviting & well-equipped beachfront condo with balcony, 3 pools, gym & AC

Loved the ocean view. Plenty of room to spread out for 6 people.

We loved our stay here. Everything was clean and neat, kitchen was well stocked. You can't beat the view of the ocean from the balconies!

I mainly rented this for the patios and beautiful views. The views were breathtakingly, but my daughter and I had to wipe down patio chairs and railings and broom down cobwebs to sit on it. Sticky handles on Refrigerator, pendent lights tons of dust, carpets are filthy. With some love it would be amazing again

Carpet was filthy and severly stained. Kitchen rug dirty. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Master bath toilet seat cracked all the way thru. Master bedroom light and fan did not work. Both patios very dirty. Patio furniture dirty, we had to clean to use. Would not rent this property again nor use vacasa. Should have used vrbo!!

We loved our week at this condo. The views are amazing. The only issue was that both balconies were taken over by spiders/webs that made them unusable.

The views were amazing! The balconies had not recently been used and had to be vacuumed and cleaned, but it was well worth it. Everything else was great. Actually had more room than I knew. 5 kids/teens can stsy in the room with the bunks and pull out single and two sets of parents for the other two rooms. Kitchen and living areas fully equipped and useable. Everything else (pool/hot tub) was shut down due to the early booking but we did not really care because we were right on the beach. I would go back for sure.

Nice ocean views with enough room for our family to spread out

Smelled like smoke and all the surfaces needed to be cleaned. There was grease on the table, and every surface had dust, fingerprints or gunk on them. Dishes in the cupboards needed to be cleaned before we used them because a lot of them were dirty. It wasn't vacuumed and the hard floors felt sandy. Master bed was ok, one side was harder and the other felt like it had broken springs. Kids said bunk beds were nice. Second king bed in other room they said was nice. I also wish it was clear that the pools were not open, my kids were bummed about that. Only one roll of toilet paper for each room and the toilet paper felt cheap. Wasn't nice toilet paper. We had to go out and buy more toilet paper because no one came to replace any. The staff at the office did their job well. I did have to call when we got to the property because it was still dirty and they did call the cleaners to come and vacuum and do a touchup clean but when the cleaners came they didn't have any cleaning products with them, only a vacuum and rag with water. I won't return to this property. Didn't meet my expectations and felt dirty.

Location was great. Layout of condo was great.

I recommend the property. We went during the off season in April. Beach was not crowded. Perfect place. Decorated nicely too! The condo is really well equipped. The only snag was that we were given the wrong condo key. We had to call the emergency number to get the right key. It was a long day. Make sure you check your condo number and the key number.
