Inviting & sleek condo w/private balcony, shared pool, grill & fitness center

The condo was everything we expected. Beautiful views, great area and pool, and the accommodations were wonderful.

Not enough furniture in condo when advertising sleeping 8. Had to buy coffee cups and oven mitts. Rusty vent in bathroom and mold on shower ceiling. Screen door on balcony not off tracks and filthy. My husbands said it best “we paid a premium rate for an economy condo.” However view is beautiful and beach access super easy. Only one elevator was working and we never saw anyone attempting to repair in 6 days. Overall nice complex just not this condo if you are looking to book here :)

Enjoyed the stay, loved the location. Private beach, bar and grill, all in the sand! Supplies were a little thin, paper towels, TP, bath towels....otherwise wonderful!

This was the perfect condo for a family of 5. Enough space and privacy for everyone without feeling cramped or crowded. The close access to the beach (skip and a hop) and the nice pool was perfect for our group. The check in and check out process was very easy and effortless. Appreciated the keyless entry to the main gate and our condo.

We had a good time..kitchen was a little inadequate and the fees were a little much I had to constantly worry about losing one of the wrist bands because the replacement fee was $25 each (a nickel wrist band)

My family and I are supper happy we had a lot of fun. The beach was super close. Perfect weather. The only problem was that in one of the room the ac didn't work at night. Other then that everything else was perfect. Definitely coming back!

Sterling shores has always been a family Favorite property that provides views, activities, amazing pool and beach front luxury. The size of this condo was perfect for our family and had lots of room to spread out or hideaway and rest. The views were spectacular from the master & patio! It has everything most families need for a nice relaxing vacation. Great communication from owners! The only feedback I would say is that the the entire condo could use a deep deep clean and good makeover. Lots of cabinets/drawers broken & barely working or hanging on hinges. Appliances were super old & lots of sand left on beds, chairs, & floors. Our love for this entire property and the value of the accommodations were a good reason to overlook these things. We will be back to stay at Sterling shores for sure, but not sure if we would book this condo again.

Great location! Beautiful beaches!

Our check-in process was GREAT! Since we arrived after office hours the staff communicated in detail how to access our unit. Upon arriving in the unit everything appeared organized and clean. Until we found dead roaches. We emailed management immediately and the first thing next morning we received a call. Pest Control came to inspect and spray the unit. Then OMG that's when we realized there was an infestation of roaches in our unit. They started crawling out of everywhere, including on the ceiling in the kitchen! Management was made aware both by peat Control and us. Unfortunately, there were no other units available for us to move into because they were completely booked and so were nearby hotels. I have to admit the staff was sympathetic and embarrassed by this. We were compensated for a portion of our stay for the inconvenience (definitely not enough was refunded), but we will do our due diligence next time and ask more questions, ask about their last deep cleaning, pest control service, and READ the reviews closer to our check-in dates. If you plan to stay in any condo unit, check to see if they're booked back-to-back for months. If so, they are not being thoroughly cleaned and inspected because there isn't enough time between morning check-outs and afternoon check-ins.
