This inviting pet friendly condo, nestled in a small and quiet building, offers a spacious open floor plan and a screened private balcony overlooking serene mangroves. The onsite dock provides direct access to the intracoastal to fish, kayak or paddleboard. Here, you may even catch an up-close glimpse of manatees or dolphins in their natural habitat! Load up the kayaks from the garage and use the onsite kayak launchor enjoy a heated pool. To visit the beach, load up the beach chairs provided in the garage and take a quick 3-minute walk to the beach.

The living room offers plush sofas, including a queen pullout mattress for additional sleeping space, and is equipped with a Smart TV for endless entertainment. The primary bedroom is a serene, oversized suite with abundant natural light, private balcony access, a laptop-friendly workstation, and a TV. The ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks. The second bedroom is ideal for families or groups, featuring a queen bed, twin bunk beds, and a cable TV. Convenient in-unit laundry is located in the hallway closet with a washer and dryer. The kitchen features a beautiful open-concept layout with everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal. The dining table comfortably seats six, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar, making it perfect for group gatherings and shared meals. Step outside to the oversized balcony, accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, where you can enjoy peaceful views of lush mangroves. Guests will also appreciate dedicated parking for three vehicles (two garage spaces and one uncovered). This home is also pet friendly, allowing up to two dogs with prior approval and pet fee.

Know before you go:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (we typically cannot accommodate early arrival or late departure requests in season)
• A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F
• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
• Parking: 3 spaces; 2 garage spaces and 1 space outside of the garage
• Pet Policy: up to two medium size dogs are allowable with management approval and pet fee. Excessive cleaning fees will apply in cases where excessive cleaning is required to properly restore the property and/or pet damaged the property. Pets must be leashed at all times while onsite and pets that cause excessive noise or disruption to other homeowner's or tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Please review rental agreement in full and sign upon booking.
