Indies House Sought After Beachfront Condo w Pool near shopping and restaurants

Everything noted about the condo was accurate. Clean and comfy. Loved the location to grocery store and restaurants. Easy access to beach. Pool was clean and refreshing. Complex was quiet even with families enjoying the pool.

The condo was as described. Bed was comfortable, A/C worked well, all appliances we used worked well, good televisions and WiFi. Brian (owner) was always responsive. Door code hiccuped a few times on us, but we were always eventually able to get the door to unlock. We never actually figured out why it was finicky, but it probably had something to do with not holding our mouth right while entering the code. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and relaxing condo right on the beach. Close to all conveniences and beautiful pool and beach access. Only issue is elevator was completely out of service for the entire week so if you have any mobility issues, please check with the owner to see if this has been resolved.

The location on the beach with a good view was great. Good amount of space. Cleaning needs to be improved.

Beautifully updated condo! Had everything we could have imagined ! Loved everything about it!

My family and I having been vacationing in Ormond beach for the last 20 years at a time share. Unfortunately due the last hurricane the time share has been closed for renovation. We decided to use Vrbo for the first time and found this listing at Indies house. It’s a great location, close to everything. The condo was amazing it has everything you need, all beach amenities; towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, a cooler. The condo was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and stay

This property was perfect for our family and eight year old daughter. Location is great, convenient to shops and restaurants. Very quiet, peaceful building with beautiful pool and beach access. we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ormond Beach.

Had a problem with the door code when we got there, but Brian came over and resolved the issue. The Indies is a very nice place to stay and the beach is perfect.
