The location of this property is great, with easy access to the beach, and the pool area is very nice and enjoyable. The owners were also very prompt in answering questions and providing help when needed, and they seemed very kind and attentive.That said, the unit itself was disappointing. It is one of the few properties in the building without a balcony, which was a drawback we weren’t expecting.Cleanliness was a concern upon arrival. Several dishes in the cabinets were dirty, there was hair on the bathroom floors, and we found trash under chairs and beds.The guest bathroom, in particular, needs attention. There is visible water damage on the door and wall, with chipped paint coming off. Additionally, the toilet in that bathroom clogged and flooded on the first day, which was very inconvenient.Overall, the property feels outdated and in need of renovation and better housekeeping. With some improvements, it could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

The bathrooms need a major overhaul mold everywhere

All of the beds in the condo had dirty sheets and or mattress pads. I had to go to a laundry mat in town to wash bedding so we could sleep at 11pm. The laundry in the condo building was not working. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty with lipstick on glasses, eggs still on spatula, food grime on other dishes. So I had to hand wash any dishes before we used them. Overall clean was not good either. Was told that there is a housekeeper and inspector and neither one made sure this place was clean. The housekeeping manager came and changed the bedding the next day and didn't leave any blankets. Asked for the manager to call and never received a phone call.

The condo was exactly as described . My grandchildren found the pool to be their absolute favorite!! The location is great. The beach is wonderful.

This is our second time staying here. Beach is great. Would stay again.

Loved the location and place was great. So much to do with beach and pool right there and walking to restaurants was very easy.

The building sits on the beach, but this unit faces the street with no balcony. The pool area is well maintained and comfortable. The location is close to dining and shopping options while being away from higher traffic areas. Although the unit is dated and not as clean as I would have liked, it is spacious and the kitchen is well appointed.

We had a great time. Condo was great size for a family vacation of 9. Location was perfect but wished there was an ocean view from the unit.

Overall, the condo is in a great location. You can't beat being able to step right out onto the beach or walk to coffee shops and restaurants. It was spacious for our family of six and the furniture was comfortable. I also appreciated the beach toys, chairs, and coolers! However, there were many cons of this property: 1) We did not receive our check-in information until after check in time, and only when we messaged the owners. 2) We were not told ahead of time that we would need to go to a separate location (albeit close by) to pick up and return the keys to the unit. We arrived after midnight and would have appreciated a key code lock box like most rentals have. 3) The paperwork we received gave a key code for the elevator, pool, and beach, but failed to mention that for the elevator you have to press # before the number, and for the pool you have to press * after the number. We had to wait around until another guest came by in both situations to ask how to get in. 4) The unit was filthy. In addition to massive amounts of dust in the bathroom vents, baseboards, etc, the bathrooms had mold on the floors and in the showers. There were dirty handprints and other unknown substances on nearly every wall and door. There was a large splatter on the side of the refrigerator. I could go on. 5) I do not mind at all that the décor is not up to date like other reviewers mentioned as that is personal preference, but some areas need some TLC. For example, the paint in the hall bathroom is crumbling off the walls. 6) We awoke to cockroaches on our first morning. I understand that we were in Florida and bugs exist, but we had not yet even eaten a snack or created any trash. I contacted the owners to let them know but never received a response. We did not spend much time in the unit as we were there to enjoy the beach and pool, but when cooking meals and using the bathrooms, it was hard to feel comfortable.

Condo as pictured. Enjoyed being on the beach. Could walk to a few restaurants/bars.
