Incredible views, near pool, top floor high ceiling, immaculate 3 bdr-2 b, Wi-Fi

We stayed here for my son’s birthday with family and everyone loved it! We were sad it was cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach or deck but luckily there still were great views from inside in the warmth. My youngest asked to go back for his birthday in July the whole way home! Also the host was very responsive and helpful, all around a perfect weekend!

I always book at the Ledges never had one problem and the view is amazing.

This VRBO condo was great - super clean, great communication with the owner and a great location. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Where do I even begin! Cleanliness: The condo is absolutely spotless and has a coziness that is just indescribable. Not a single dust buggy to be found! Communication: The hostess Jennifer went above and beyond with our stay! Always quick to respond. We had brought our wave runners last minute and need to find a slip. She had found us one with in hours of asking at the dock in front of the house! Location: The condo is located so close to EVERYTHING! We were able to go to Wal-Mart, the outlets, restaurants, boat rental, big surf, and more while never driving more then 10-15 minutes!! With out a doubt we will be renting from her every year! Seriously, do not hesitate to book this condo you will be more then happy you did!

Six of us had a great time celebrating a birthday at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The view of the lake and sunset was gorgeous! (Note that being on the 3rd floor, however, meant a lot of steps to climb - which could be challenging when carrying luggage or a heavy cooler!) We only cooked one meal but the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was great to deal with and it's obvious that every effort has been made to provide guests with a wonderful visit. My only real complaint involved the fact that there are just two (small) pools for a complex that has well over 200 units. Almost every time we tried to swim they were both too crowded to enjoy and we ended up leaving. Disappointing, but certainly not the fault of this condo's owner. For the most part we had a lovely stay!

Condo was very clean, good location. Beds were comfortable, pool and beach was just a short walk away. Condo is on the 3rd floor, so if you have lots of luggage or coolers, you'll get a workout. Needs to be a big letter outside the building to let people know what building it is.

The property is perfectly located, close to nearly everything. It was quiet with a water view of a cove. The balcony was a favorite place to sit and relax. There was everything you could need there, even a few extras in case you forgot something. Check in and out were easy and the condo was immaculate. We will certainly back HERE again! Thanks!

Very nice clean pent house. Everything we need was here. Beautiful views nice quiet area. Friendly caring owners. We had a very fun & relaxing time.

We were in the area for a COVID bachelorette weekend getaway. We rented this condo for the parents and future family of the bride to-to-be. It was perfect! Let the girls have their space at their condo which was a short walk (a couple buildings away). And we could get away when our steam ran out and they ran on! Rented a pontoon for all day on Saturday and stayed safe and distanced within our group (a lot of healthcare providers). Was the perfect celebration during a pandemic! Great communication from Jen, the condo owner and had everything we needed (except the cutting board which we never did find, Jen lol!!) Really clean and comfortable!
