Incredible beachfront view with two baths

They are easy to get in touch with for anything you might need. All properties were exactly as described and every representative we spoke with were extremely patient polite and eager to help.

This is our third time using them. We always have a great experience. Our room was so beautiful lots of colors so clean our view was wonderful from our back balcony. We were right on the beach. There’s nothing in the whole world like viewing the ocean from the time you wake up until the time you go to bed, and sometimes even in the middle of the night our granddaughters played furiously in the ocean and on the beach and in the pool and the hot tub. We will be using Bender Realty again because they are always so wonderful to us even when as far as to give us an extra day for a discounted price for which we were so happy to get but because we are from the state of Indiana and we had a huge snowstorm coming in. We ended up having to leave at midnight on Saturday evening so that we could beat the storm when we came home which we did accomplish, but by the skin of our teeth, can’t wait to see you again...

This condo is situated next to the Gulfshore’s State Park and 1/2 mile from the pier. This is the best part. We stayed end of August so no crowds and thankfully good weather. The unit we stayed in was very small but good for 2 people. The second bathroom was small as one could be and still have small vanity, toilet and shower. Bed comfortable. Needs new furniture and lamps with usb ports. Great balcony. Furniture needs new cushions. Great view. Didn’t use pools but looked clean.

Only complaint was it wasn't the cleanest. Sand already on the floor before we left for the beach, and as soon as we turned down the comforter we saw a long hair. It was fine for our quick trip, but definitely not on the luxurious end.

Beautiful views. Had everything needed for cooking for the family. Overall all everything was great. Only downfall was the cleanliness. Cabinet handle/knobs were greasy and freezer was a bit dirty. Decorative pillow for bed were dirty with white spots on them. Beds were comfortable with plenty of room for our family of four.

The facility was clean, had everything we needed, and accommodated a wheelchair. Security was good, pools clean, and our condo had a great porch overlooking the beach. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the condo, and was well supplied with cooking utensils. Parking was easy and location great.
