We loved our stay! The condo was very clean and had all the amenities to feel like home. The beds were very comfortable, we slept great each night! The property was beautifully maintained and a great location. We were able to walk to the beach every morning which was amazing! Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends/family! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Shaded Spot. The location of this condo prevents sun beating into the unit, keeping it cool and comfortable. Also liked that this place comes with a reserved parking spot - much better than having to scramble for a visitor spot. Well appointed kitchen complete with automatic ice maker was also a plus!

Great location within walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and beaches. Made it really easy for our family of 6 to move around and not have to drive everywhere to enjoy a great vacation. Was on the golf course too, so we had beautiful views and played a round with our kids,

The unit was well equipped and was everything is was advertised to be. We have stayed at nearly every one of the complexes at Waikoloa beach resort through out the years and this one was one of our favorites. It is so close to shops and restaurants that we could walk there any time to enjoy a coffee, a meal or grab some groceries. The temperature of the pool was perfect and the complex was clean and well manicured.

This rental property checked all the boxes for us! The property was clean and had all the amenities for a week long stay. The location is excellent! Very close to the local market in the Queens shops, were they had pretty much everything for food selections. I tried the Prime Rib Loco Moco - really good!! We brought our clubs and took advantage of the golf course that is on the property. Lava Lava Beach Club is a short walk away and is ideal for on the beach dining and watching the sunset. Overall, we were very pleased with this property and the management at Resortica were very helpful and answered all our questions we had. They provided detailed arrival and departure instructions. We plan to revisit in the very near future!

My family had the best time. The neighborhood was very quiet, clean and close to everything. The unit was beautiful, clean, kitchen was well stocked, great beach gear, beds were very comfortable.

Kitchen was the best stocked we’ve come across! The knives actually cut! Lol

The shower doors could use a good scrubbing. Even with a squeegee they still require a good cleaning. My daughter and I had a good time. Overall the condo was excellent.

Exceptionally clean, nice condo. The view of the golf course is beautiful, the wildlife such as nenes, geckos, mongooses, cattle egrets is amazing. Although no barbecue grill on the lanai, several high-end Weber grills are a short distance away next to the pool. I cooked great ribeyes on one. Many kitchen utensils provided; beyond the basics. A couple of small nitpicks: couldn’t adjust the louvres on the master bedroom blinds. Also, noise from unit above—which is just a function of having anyone occupying that unit. I’m sure the management people would have fixed the blinds, but I just left the blinds as they were (mostly closed).
