Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival.Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses).
Fees are $95.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $50.00.
Instructions for using this privilege will be sent after reservation is confirmed.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ near the swimming pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room and Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.

Waikoloa Beach Villas E23 is located on the second floor of the E Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the second floor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

    We had a great stay at this two-bedroom, two-bath condo. It was clean, modern, and spacious—perfect for our family of four, including two near-adult sons. The AC worked well, and the condo was very well equipped. The kitchen went beyond the basics, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, glassware, bowls, and cutlery, along with thoughtful touches like salt, pepper, and non-stick spray. Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella were also included and much appreciated. The washer and dryer looked convenient, though we didn’t need to use them.The keyless entry made check-in and coming and going very easy. Location was excellent: close to shops and restaurants, with Starbucks and a market right across the street at Queens’ Marketplace. We were in town for a wedding at the Marriott, and it was an easy 10-minute walk. Parking was also simple and stress-free.The condo even included a pool pass to the Hilton nearby. We didn’t get to use it due to a packed wedding schedule, but it was a nice perk. Overall, a comfortable and convenient home base—we’d be happy to stay here again.

    Condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Cute little touches like flowers or a bow on the new roll of toilet paper. Plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans as well as lots of supplies for washer and dryer, kitchen garbage bags, etc.

    The first thing I want to share is my 25-year-old daughter remarked about how clean it was! We spent 6 days at this lovely home and were impressed with its location within easy walking distance to Queens' Marketplace and Kings' Shops, the access to beach equipment (chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas), the nice kitchen supplies, and the overall layout of the home was perfect!

    Well stocked unit. Only issues were lack of an ice cream scoop, overly heavy plates, dull knives and an elevator that didn't work when we arrived and quit again as we were leaving.

    Great locale, great condo, good value, no issues. Liked the golf and Hilton pass. Worked out great for me and my family. The only glitch was that we couldn't turn off the AC or fan at night for some quiet time.

    Property is fantastic. The unit is well-stocked with everything you could need. The location can't be beat! Queen's shops within walking distance but you'd never know it because everything is so quiet and peaceful. The hilton pool pass is a nice perk! Would 100% stay here again!

    Great location/property. Clean and fully stocked. We requested to stay an additional night and that request was easily granted without headaches. Access to the Hilton pool was also a fantastic bonus. Would definitely stay again.
