Beautiful property, comfortable living space. Close to shopping, food and beach. Excellent central location. This is our go-to spot for family vacations. Consistently reliable and beautiful.

The location was excellent. Price was reasonable and response to clogged drain was quick and resolved same day.

Amenities were all great and well above expectations. We arrived to a very clean unit with everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. The facility was amazing!Warning- There are very strict rules at the pool facility and they are enforced frequently by the on site security. Based on the amount of restrictions (no balls of any kind for example) I’m not sure the facility is intended for kids.

These condos are super nice, super walkable, and a super lovely stay in the area. This condo should have its master bath toilet replaced as it stinks badly of urine and overall bathroom nasty. We shared this and and the management company sent a cleaner out immediately who cleaned again and sprayed some air freshener. Then it smelled like air freshener and urine. We just kept the door closed (luckily it was in it's own little room) and never used the toilet again during our stay as it was truly gross (an old Toto fancy thing that was just gross). Other than the master toilet issue, our stay was lovely. The layout is great, the beds and things are lovely and the shaded balcony was amazing. We could sometimes hear footsteps from the folks upstairs but it was nothing major (nothing you wouldn't hear in a hotel). Would recommend staying here for sure - just hope they replace that toilet!

We love the location, and this unit was wonderful! From the lanai on the ground floor we could easily enjoy the lawn, and there was plenty of space for our family if 4. We would definitely come back!

Amazing stay excellent property

Location was perfect. unit was fantastic. Loved having the beach supplies.

As we walked into the Waikoloa Beach Villa I2 for the first time, I literally said aloud This is wonderful! And it was for the entire two weeks we staid. The parental suite is beautiful with ensuite walk-in closet and bathroom. I would be remise not to mention the bidet toilet (might be a weird thing to mention, but it was awesome). Note that this part of Hawaii has hard water, so be aware the soap lathers differently. Also, the shower head isn't detachable from the wall. For those of you of average height, this shouldn't be a problem. For those of us who are vertically challenged, it was still doable. The condo is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. Lots of pots and pans and drip coffee maker in the kitchen, laundry detergent, dish detergent, soap, etc. Moreover, there is a convenient storage closet on the lanai where all the beach gear is kept. You'll find two beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, etc. We had morning coffee on the lanai each day and got to hear the birds, mongoose and the greenskeepers who sing as they drive by! They even wave at you and wish you a good morning. The Beach Villas are just across the street from shopping which has everything you might need: a high-end grocery store, shopping, cinema, restaurants, etc. It's also super close to beaches such as A-Bay, Kua Bay, Hapuna, Beach 69, Mauna Kea (which was our favourite). Also a close drive to Waimea for restaurants. A remarkable property and vacation! Thank you!
