Stayed Dec 5, 2023Clean property, excellent communication with property manager. The location is greaf with restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store with walking distance. It's also really easy to get taxi to take you within minutes to all the hotspots. Pool is great, we were travelling with our 2y old and the shallow pool was just perfect.

Stayed Mar 24, 2023We loved our stay here. Perfect location to for groceries, restaurants and adventuring. The residents are so friendly. The building manager is the kindest. The condo itself is a perfect home base, comfortable and clean. We would definitely book it again.

Stayed Nov 24, 2022The apartment is new but sparsely furnished with very uncomfortable furnishings. The living room couch and the king bed in particular. The king bed creaked so much every time we turned over, we ended up sleeping in the double. Shower went back and forth from scalding to freezing, nothing in between. Pool area was small but clean and had more comfortable furnishings than the apartment. Unfortunately, construction directly beside the property on two sides, meant constant construction noise and fumes throughout the complex and especially in the pool area. The construction projects are large and will be ongoing for a very long time. The location was easy walking distance to supermarket and Chahue beach. However, there are 4 very large guard dogs on an unfenced property beside one of the construction sites. Not a problem during the day, but they are not tied up and they will charge you if you walk past the property at night. We found this out the hard way. A warning about this from the property managers would have been nice. We were told by other owners that the dogs have been a problem for years and there use to be more of them.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I arrived at an inconvenient time, with works going on at surrounding properties, but the staff were very helpful in arranging complimentary off-site activities (beach club passes, Day of the Dead tour, restaurant meal, etc,) to help compensate for this. Property was clean and nicely located (walking distance from the beach, which was lovely).

Stayed Jul 28, 2022Martha was great greeted us on day one and showed everything around and inside the condo. Condo is well maintained and shops and restaurants in walking distance. Definitely coming back again.

The only thing that was missing is amenities like a strainer, vegetable grater. These are all items that we had to buy and that we left in the apparment. Except this little inconvenience the rest was perfect.
