Icicle Village Resort, Luxury Queen Suite Condo. Just 1/2 mile from down town

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Had everything we needed and was close to town to check out the stores and eat at local restaurants. We also skied Stevens and Mission Ridge and it was a great homebase for those resorts.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Check-in at the hotel front desk was a breeze, parking was always available, and the condo had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully furnished, there were plenty of pillows and spare blankets, and plenty of DVDs and games to choose from. The electric fireplace was lovely, and the balcony had a lovely view. The mini golf was unfortunately hidden under a foot of snow, but the heated pool and hot tub were open. My only suggestions for improvement come down to pet peeves, like not having a trash can in each room, but that's a personal preference. We also appreciated not being expected to clean the unit before leaving. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a great weekend stay. The property is close enough to easily walk into town, even in the snow, but far enough away to stay out of the town comotion so we felt like it was more of a getaway. We really enjoyed the condo, communication was great. We will stay again!

The condo was very clean and homey. It was decorated very nicely and was comfortable. The owner responded quickly when we had questions. We’d stay here again.

Nice, comfortable

The on site amenities are incredible. So many different things for everyone to enjoy. Very clean, beautifully landscaped, modern current furnishings. The 1/2 mile walk to town is great for burning off the extra calories from the endless food choices. It also means the property is generally more quiet with minimal foot and vehicle traffic.

Great condo in a great location - perfect for our getaway to Leavenworth!

Great place to stay with two adults and two kids! The pool was very warm for winter time. Alpine coaster was right across the street. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Planning on coming back here!

Everything we were hoping for comfort, location, set up and cleanliness. Close enough to walk to main part of town..or to walk the riverwalk. Definitely a place we'd return to.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is even nicer than the pictures portray. We had a great time relaxing in the condo, swimming in the 2 pools and walking the downtown streets.

This was one of my favorite stays yet. It was clean and had all needed amenities. There was A/C, a full kitchen, a pool, and a hot tub. It was only a short walk to town. I will definitely be staying there again!

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway in Leavenworth! The unit had everything we needed, and was incredibly clean. The facility are fantastic, and the location cannot be beat. Communication with Brandee is a breeze, and we will be back!

This was a great alternative to a hotel within walking distance of downtown Leavenworth. The rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had the basics to cook. Great spot!

This condo is good for 2 people. The hide a bed was terrible. It's quite a walk to downtown so be prepared as there is not Lyft/Ubers.

Place was cozy and very clean. Nice quiet place to stay and will book again. Did not receive email or text prior to getting there so checkin was very confusing at hotel and took us 25 mins to get it figured out.

This condo was perfect for our 3 day getaway. Very clean and so comfy & cozy. Less than half a mile walk to the village, which is super crowded and hard to find parking during Oktoberfest. Even had to ride the mountain coaster at the adventure park across the street. If we are back in this area we would definitely stay here again.

We loved this condo. It's in a great location and is spacious for a 1 bedroom. You can walk to town and the waterfront park, and the roller coaster is just across the street. The property is also nice with many places to sit and relax outside. There's also a BBQ that we used near the pool. We have no complaints.

Great location, lots of things to do around and most of all we enjoyed the pool.
