Stayed Sep 26, 2025Location was great!. We walked to nearby restaurants & bars. Brought our own tubes and entered the comal right in front to enjoy a 1.5 hour float to the last exit & then had a short walk back to the condo. The condo was stocked with essentials & the stay was very comfortable.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect! It’s across the street from Schlitterbahn and only a few minutes from Gruene. The pool was nice and you have access to the Comal river. The only thing was our condo didn’t have the best view of the river from the balcony.

Reviewer Comments: We booked a girls trip for a little relaxing before busy work season starts and it was fabulous. Quiet place right on the river. Location was perfect and rental was comfy.

Reviewer Comments: This place is the perfect location to hit the Comal and close enough to walk up to the big park if you want to float for a few extra hours. The condo had all the things you need for meals, good sleeping and a fun time. Very well planned out rental. Also, the property management is super helpful and friendly!

Reviewer Comments: We rented two side by side condos to accommodate my family to celebrate my oldest daughter's high school graduation. Everything was as described and very comfortable. The location is the best because you can float from the condo to the last public exit in about 45 minutes with about an 8 minute walk back to the condo.

Reviewer Comments: Inverness Condo #302 is a very nicely furnished and maintained property. There is a new and beautiful full sized refrigerator. We had 6 in our party and were well accommodated. The pull out sofa bed is probably best for children. The only negative is that we could only receive one tv station..but,fortunately it was the Cartoon Channel

Reviewer Comments: The apartment was very nice, across the street from Schlitterbahn, on the Comal river. When we had an issue with an uncomfortable sleeper sofa mattress, it was resolved with a smile the same day. The management is most accommodating and helpful.
