This is the second time we have rented here.. The condo is clean and has everything you could need. The view of the river from the deck is incredibly peaceful.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic spot, close to everything, we walked mostly. Came for the Wutstfest walked, lunches and dinner walked. Most everything within a mile that we attended. Quiet location with a perfect view. Host company was very responsive and acclimating to strange requests. We will stay here again.

Super clean, cute decorations, plenty of room, and WOW... best view on the river. The facility was great too, with a clean nice pool and plenty of grills for those after-tubing burgers and dogs. Staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. Book this place!!

A little too much Texas in the motif overall, quite nice The only negative is the single bathroom but you give up the extra bathroom for a very nice balcony overlooking the Comal compared the units that are not on the end of the building. Would definitely stat here again.

Stayed Jul 21, 2023The condo was nice awesome view but it was really hot in the condo. Had to buy a fan just to be comfortable. The vent in the restroom is hanging from the ceiling. Parking isnt that great if you don’t have a small car you will have a hard time parking in the garage. But everything else was great.
