Stayed Mar 14, 2026Loved the Ocean Village property. Very easy to get around and a beautiful location. The condo itself had some minor issues. The toaster did not work properly(Burned the bread on one side and did not toast on the other); the keurig coffee maker left coffee grounds in our coffee and it was very bland. We did, however find a Mr Coffee maker in the cupboard so we used that which was fine. The can opener was also broken (We did purchase a new toaster and can opener for the owner). We also found clothes left in a dresser drawer and the walk in closet was full of personal items (wall hangings, hats, a sweatshirt, etc). The screened porch door was unhinged which my husband quickly fixed and there was alot of dust on the window casings. We are VRBO owners as well so please take these issues as constructive. We had a great time and for the most part the condo was perfect size for us.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025The unit itself is nice with plenty of supplies, towels, coffee. It was well equipped and clean. Check in/ out instructions were clear and no issues with the security check point. Sadly the property has some issues which are easy to fix and I hope they take the feedback into consideration. It would be nice to double check the unit before the guest checks in. Property is walking distance to the beach and the pool is also great.

Stayed Mar 9, 2025I don't think property was clean. The microwave had burn marks all inside of it. We ran out of toilet paper nothing more frustrating when your there on a busy week to run out of the essentials. The location of being close to the water was amazing. The noise was distracting there were landscaping folks there everyday for long periods of time just running their leaf blowers etc, we were to relax.

Assigned parking spot right at front door.Beautiful sunrise every morning in perfect view from the bedroom window. Great kitchen if you like to prepare some of your own meals but close to lots of good restaurants too.A very short walk to the beach plus paved walking paths throughout the community. Bunnies live in the dunes here! Saw them every day on my morning walk.Visited in early March and turned the A/C completely off. When the patio doors and windows were open the breeze was amazing.Perfect for two people. A

Stayed Aug 1, 2024The condo was exactly as described, except there were no bikes for us to use. That was fine, we didn’t mind the short walk to the beach and pool. Lisa was very quick to respond with any questions I had. It was a great stay.
