Stayed Jan 1, 2024Great Location. Close to downtown with all the great restaurants. Close to pier and beach. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The owner checked on us during our stay - very responsive.

Stayed Jan 9, 2022My husband and I had a wonderful time here in Naples and totally enjoyed the WinterPark community. We were here for 6 weeks during January and February. The weather was varied - warm days and cool days; great compared to our home town weather. The condo was great! It was very clean and neat and well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the beach. Edy, our hostess was great! She communicated frequently with us and was very accommodating. The WinterPark pool was spacious with a lot of chairs surrounding it. Beyond the WinterPark walls was plenty of places to walk. Publix is in walking distance. The location of the condo in Naples was ideal. Close to downtown, East Naples Park (and the Naples Pickleball Center), beaches, Marco Island, shopping and dining. Thanks, Edy! We hope to stay here again.

Stayed Mar 1, 2019My husband I just spent a month at this spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated unit in Winter Park Naples. Everything that was described about the unit is true. We can't say enough about how conveniently located the unit was to everything we needed. The pool is walkable from the unit. Also, the grocery store is a convenient 10 minute walk. The club house has many activities to choose from. (I would suggest the yoga lessons). The drive to downtown Naples, along with the pier, beach and beautiful sunsets, is minutes away. The most important feature is how accommodating the owners were. They were the nicest couple who are always available should any issues arise. We feel so fortunate to have been able to enjoy this wonderful experience and would give this unit the highest recommendations.

Stayed Jan 1, 2019Our experience in the condo was excellent. It is very clean, comfortable, and convenient to stores, the beach, and downtown Naples. The owners of the condo are very easy to communicate with and attentive. They are very cooperative!! It is a lovely two bedroom unit, has large rooms with great closet space. The kitchen has all necessary appliances, dishes, pots and pans, etc. There are also beach chairs, towels, etc. to use at the beach. There is a washing machine and dryer in the condo. The furniture is comfortable, and clean. There is a DVD player as well. I would definitely recommend this condo. It is a quiet and safe unit in a good neighborhood. The pool is heated, large, and has plenty of lounge chairs. If you are looking for a convenient, comfortable place in Naples, I would definitely recommend this condo.
