This 3rd floor, one bedroom condo plus office/den has a spacious balcony that faces a quiet garden courtyard. 14 ft high ceilings with modern industrial design and plenty of windows provide a lovely living space and lots of light. Other features include plenty of built in storage space throughout, built in high end appliances for the open concept kitchen, in suite laundry, central heating and cooling system and a heated bathroom floor, making daily life comfortable and convenient.

The suite includes one underground secured parking space and wifi. The Hudson building features a large rooftop common area with a beautiful rooftop garden where you can BBQ while enjoying the amazing Victoria city view, Olympic Mountains and Sooke Hills.
