Ryan's condo at the Maya was the perfect home away from home for our week stay in Scottsdale. Communication was great, location was convenient to everything

I stayed for 7 nights in this Scottsdale condo. The unit was clean, serviceable, and in a great location, though the building and some fixtures (like the thermostat) feel a bit dated. Unfortunately, mid-stay, the glass shower door spontaneously shattered while I was out, leaving glass throughout the bathroom and hallway.The owner was very responsive, arriving within an hour after telephoning the owner and sending photos to clean up the glass and install a temporary tension rod and curtain. The cleanup and coordination for a safety check was not done the next day, but was done the following day while I was not in the unit. That was OK as this incident was a safety concern and I felt the owner took appropriate action. We had a disagreement regarding a fair refund for the inconvenience—I requested 278 (one night plus a discount for the two remaining nights), but the host would only agree to 185. While I appreciate the quick initial response, the incident and the back-and-forth on compensation impacted the overall experience.

First thing I want to say is Ryan was very very friendly and answered any of my text messages within minutes. The unit was amazingly clean and well stocked with everything we could want or need. Laundry room was so convenient and clean. Pool was close and very relaxing. I will book here again and we highly recommend. Nice location, very close to Old Town Scottsdale.

Ryan was very responsive whenever we contacted him. The property was described accurately. Bath towels could be replaced as some of the towels had bleach spots on them. The location was great!

Our stay was great! We have stayed in this building before, and this condo was much nicer than the last one we stayed in. Would recommend to anyone who wants to be close to Old Town.

Mostly clean except for the moldy pillowcase and pillows that should have been thrown away long ago. The dirty grout added to the picture.

This property is in a great location to all shops and restaurants in Scottsdale. It is a clean, quiet apt. Very nice. We had some issues with check in (the key pad) but the host was very responsive and took care of it right away. Overall it was nice and comfortable.

Property is somewhat dated. Rugs are filthy but overall it was an enjoyable stay. Location is excellent!

This is the second time I have stayed at this unit and it doesn’t disappoint! It has everything you need and is walking distance to a lot of things. Communication with management was easy and fast! Thanks again for a nice, clean, and safe place to stay. We will be back!
