This was a beautiful place! Such great views from the deck. The beach is just over the dunes! The owners have thought of everything and make a very enjoyable stay! We would recommend this place for sure! We loved our stay!!!

Our host was amazing. The condo had everything we wanted and the view was wonderful. The property is centrally located to many restaurants and the boardwalk. The property is well kept and has great beach access. Tim & Debbie are excellent host. You will not be disappointed with this condo.

Great place and great hosts

Hogan’s Place was absolutely wonderful. Tim and Deb were very welcoming. The place was very clean and we had everything we needed with plenty of towels, sheets, kitchen supplies, and beach chairs. The view of the beach was spectacular. Our week was very enjoyable and relaxing. We will definitely consider staying here again.

A lovely condo with a great ocean view. Lots of fishing from the beach and plenty of shopping and good restaurants. Had a wonderful vacation.

Gorgeous view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen, extra sheets, blankets and towels, and lots of included necessities. The hosts are very personable, helpful and responsive.

Great communication, they even text me a week before check-in to make sure we didn’t need any extra accommodations. The only problem I had is that we didn’t stay longer lol.We will definitely be back.

Everything we wanted was provided in a beautiful, very well maintained condo. The location was perfect, not only for the fabulous view, but for all of the close merchants. Walking easily for everything we wanted, we were not even tempted to get in the car and drive anywhere. We highly recommend you give Tim a hollar if you are planning a stay at Carolina beach!

This unit was clean and the location was great. Easy access to the beach, an easy walk to the Boardwalk and restaurants. All our supply needs were met. Easy and timely communication with the owners. Nice sunrise and sunsets.

Hogan’s Place was perfect for our vacation with 2 couples. Having the 2 beautiful bedrooms with their own connected baths was great and quite unique. The condo was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The view of the beach and ocean was incredible! It was so nice to have Tim and his wife meet us upon arrival to walk us through the condo and discuss things to do. They were the best hosts we could imagine! Highly recommend for a delightful beach getaway and we will definitely be back!

We found our new summer getaway, the condo was beautiful and clean, great location everything within walking distance.The owners are very friendly and made us feel right at home.

The moment we arrived, we felt right at home with personally meeting Mr. Hogan. The view is unbelievable, the location is close to everything, and the ease of getting to the pool and beach is perfect. We have no complaints and can’t wait to come back next year. (We also really appreciated the koozies and use them all the time!)

Amazing place. Great host. We are used to a check in process that doesn’t involve meeting the host in person. That wasn’t the case here. As a result, we had to coordinate arrival time. Usually, we get a door code and aren’t constrained on arrival time. Nonetheless, the host was wonderful. And the property is amazing. You should stay here.

Communication was clear. The place was very clean and well taken care of. We thought we absolutely had the best condo in the unit. Second floor overlooking the beach with a very comfortable deck to relax on. Easy access to the beach (which was never really crowded).The breeze, the ocean, the sand and a lovely (cool ) place to chill after a day at the beach!Would 100% stay here again! The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We also enjoyed that there were so many places, between restaurants, bars, the boardwalk and stores, within walking distance. This was literally the most relaxing vacation spot we have ever been to, and we felt completely at home.

The place was super clean and so close to the beach. Spotted a few dolphins !The owner was very responsive and helped us out quickly as the wifi went down for a moment. (They got the company to get it back working promptly after we noticed it was down)I highly recommend staying here ! We were a group of 3 and found it very comfortable.

Perfect place to unwind listening to the ocean. Everything looks new. We loved sitting on the little balcony and taking in the sights and sounds of the beach. Lots of food options within walking distance as well. The mattress didn't quite work for us, but that would be our only con.

The listing was detailed and accurate and the real deal was even better! For our time at Hogan's Place, the weather was beautiful, and the beach and neighborhood were peaceful. Sitting in the living room seemed just like an extension of the deck - just as pictured! The owners clean the unit themselves, and we couldn't have asked for it to be any better. They reached out before check-in, and continued to make themselves available for any questions or problems. We were on a sisters' trip so separate bedrooms, queen beds, and 2 full bathrooms were ideal. Thank you for sharing your piece (and peace) of Carolina Beach with us!

Our stay at Hogan's Place was perfect! The views, location, cleanliness and comforts of this home were exceptional! We enjoyed walking and relaxing on the beach and it was close to shops and restaurants. Our hosts were great and communicated everything clearly. It was quite a memorable vacation and we look forward to returning again!

We loved this place. The location (right on the beach - and an end-unit!), the warm hospitality of TJ and Debbie (even though we are Washington fans and they are Giants fans!! LOL), and the well-stocked and homey decor - this place was a TOUCHDOWN for our one night away to head to the aquarium. Highly recommend!!

This place was perfect for our business trip. It was nice to basically have 2 master suites. A bedroom and a private bath for both of us was great! The view of the ocean was spectacular!

We had a super great stay and it couldn't have been any better. We had a baby with us and REALLY appreciated the cleanliness! Sitting on the deck with a perfect view eases the soul!

Two sisters of a seasoned age spent a weekend in October at Carolina Beach and were very fortunate to do so at Hogan’s Place. The Hogans are gracious hosts, meeting us when we arrived and giving us a quick tour of their condo. It is everything as listed on VRBO and then some - clever beach theme throughout, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings and beds, and even a welcome basket! The deck has an expansive view of the ocean, as the condo is an end unit, and the sunrises are simply amazing. Carolina Beach is an old school beach town - restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the condo, as well as a boardwalk a short drive away. We had a weekend we will long remember! A big thanks to the Logans for sharing this bit of heaven on earth with us - we so enjoyed meeting you!

My girlfriend and I stayed there for a girls trip. Ocean view is excellent. Very cozy and warm. Property owner very warm and friendly.

This oceanfront condo is situated on a quiet one-way street and was perfect for my friend and me. Most 2BR condos do not have two queen beds (one BR is usually 2 twins) - so it was great to each have an adult bed and our own bathrooms. The place was very clean and our communication with Tim was great. Highly recommend this condo!

What great hosts, the condo was immaculate and helped us feel at home and relaxed. /Short walk over the dues to the beach, just perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and view was beautiful. The condo had everything you needed and a few extra touches. The bed in the master bedroom was a little uncomfortable, but i know that can be subjective. Overall a great spot!!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better spot! We unfortunately ran into rain the entire trip but the coziness and views from the condo made up for it and we still had a great time. Plenty of room, nice kitchen, even great for a 3 month old. We will be back!
