Great place for a long weekend or more. We loved it.

This property was very convenient and in a safe place. It was very clean and modern. We loved the balcony!! The only thing that was a little bothersome was the music from the local bars late at night.

We had a great experience with this stay. Our host was very accommodating and responsive. Parking was convenient and we were within walking distance of many great restaurants. We felt right at home with all of the amenities provided and the roof top deck was a nice bonus for finishing the evening or catching some sun during the day!

The property was very well maintained and clean. However, there is a bar close by with loud music. The host was kind enough to provide a sound machine in the bedroom.

The condo had all the amenities of home. I’m glad we didn’t share the stay with friends since there was only one bathroom with a shower. Anyone staying in the third floor bedroom would need to come down to the second floor. Parking was convenient. Our bed was comfy. We appreciated all the TV channels. We were able to walk to various dining options. Be sure you can manage stairs if you choose to stay here.

The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. The condo was beautiful and directly in the heart of downtown. Around the corner from old train station.

Great location and owner communication!

Irina was a great host, very responsive and accurate in her posting. The townhouse was in a great part of the city (Southside), very walkable to a number of fantastic restaurants. The beds were on the firm side but still comfortable. We stayed here for a full month working remotely. The internet was solid allowing us both to be on video calls without issue. The only downside, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the loud music from Bad Apple that usually lasted until 2:30ish am Thur-Sat. Fortunately, we both had noise cancelling earbuds to be able to sleep at night as we are light sleepers.

It was a great place as advertised. Comfy beds, clean, and walking distance to all sorts of stuff.

We loved the location and its proximity to great restaurants, historic sites, downtown, and the UTC campus. The spaces were spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms and kitchen were so well stocked! Our host was communicative and welcoming, and made our stay in this beautiful city very easy. We'll be back!

Everything was very conveniently located. There was a problem with people partying Saturday night with police breaking it up a couple times. They finally left around 3am.

This was by far the best VRBO experience we have had. Starting with the host, Irina, the communication was excellent throughout the visit. The place was VERY clean and well organized. It was perfect for me and my wife. The location was perfect for walking or riding bikes...we did both. There is so much to do and see within a short walk. I only drove my truck once during the stay to go to Lookout Mtn. The rooftop was a great ammenity that we used a lot! Some reviewers complained of the music close by at night. While we hear mild thumping, we were not disturbed at all. The host does provide noise makers and earplugs if you need them. I only have good things to say about this property. We weill certainly stay here in our next trip!

Neat place with nice rooftop space.

Had a great stay in Chattanooga. Lots of bars and restaurants close by and convenient to downtown. Loud music at night from one of the bars but it didn’t bother us with the floor fan going. Nice to stay somewhere that the owner takes such good care of. We would definitely stay here again. Shower is a bit small and the cookware could use updating - everything else is perfect. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, nice place. The King bed was very comfy as well as the couch and love seat. Its within walking distance to quit a few good restaurants and easy to get in and out of. Easy to get back out to the main highway. Our host Irina was very nice and very professional. Would definitely book again if we get back Chattanooga!

We enjoy the cozy vibe of the place. The roof top balcony is very nice and we just enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect place for a weekend away with my mother. Location is great and within walking distance to numerous things. The home itself was wonderful, clean organized and the rooftop sitting area is fantastic. Great rental!

This place is in an excellent location and includes a free parking spot. Host was quick with responses and a pleasure to deal with. Condo is narrow but has 3 floors with a nice outdoor space on the top.

Exactly as advertised and expressed in the reviews posted on VRBO. The place was just perfect. Great for one or two couples. Steps away from several restaurants and a leisurely stroll to the Choo Choo activity center. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for a week to visit our son and new granddaughter. Check in was very smooth I was texted the code for the door on the day of arrival and it worked just fine. Very comfortable and clean place to stay and it had everything we needed. We didn’t cook while we were there but it looked to have plenty of pots and pans if you wanted to. You didn’t have a dining table so eating was on a couch with TV trays which we had zero problem with. It has a coffee pot ( only makes full pots not like a Keurig), a pot to boil water for tea and a toaster. This is in a great location in southside. You can walk to a huge amount of restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc.. there was a parking space provided so that was nice as well. The only drawback is there is a bar across the paid parking lot behind the building and on Friday and Saturday nights you can hear the base from the DJ’s music. Now with that being said it is not loud enough that you can’t hear your TV and it wasn’t loud enough to keep us awake at night either but if you are sensitive to it then just know it happens. To put it in perspective people talking outside the building, cars and normal downtown sounds were louder than the music so it shouldn’t be a problem. We are 60 seniors and we would stay here again.

Nice condo in historic southside Chattanooga. Walkable to lots of bars, cafes, restaurants in the area. Condo itself really nice with rooftop patio. Lots of amenities provided by host. Will pick this spot again next visit to Chattanooga.

We have stayed in this unit twice for an event near the Chattanooga Choo Choo. We chose this location for its walkability to the venue and its abundance of nearby restaurants. This unit is safe, clean, cozy, and well-stocked. Property manager was communicative and check-in process was easy. We will be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Property is nice. Not suited well for Seniors

Everything was brilliant. Snacks were provided. Coffee and creamer. We really took advantage of the host’s many offering. The beds were so comfy. Close to everything. We will b back.

This was a lovely little place in historic Chatanooga. Very clean and stocked. Communication with host was excellent. The bed was super comfy!! The Christmas Tree was a nice surprise. I would definitely stay here again!

We spent 3 nights in Chattanooga and the location was perfect! Walking distance to restaurants, very close to the aquarium, zoo, and other downtown attractions. Also very short drive to Rock City and Ruby Falls. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our hostess was….Irina was so easy to communicate with, check in was super easy, so many extras that she has thought of that go above and beyond. The unit was immaculately clean and the mattresses were soooooo very comfortable. If you’re considering a trip to Chattanooga, book this unit. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Irena was a great host answering any questions we had about the area and property. Everything was provided you could need even a few snacks and bottled water. The property had plenty of space and the location was in walking distance for many things to see and do in addition to dining options.

Short weekend. Hair in shower. Location not ideal. No doors on bedrooms. Only shower is tiny.

Perfect location for conference we attended.
