Stayed Mar 2, 2024Right downtown Venice and close to the beach. The neighbors were great making sure we knew how to use the keys, grill, reserved parking etc. Wonderful swimming pool. We had no bad experiences but any questions we had Andrew and Sara were quick to answer.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024We’ve been coming to Venice for a couple years and this unit popped up for Feb 2023. It is a perfect size for 2 people and very convenient to downtown, a block from the stores and restaurants. Only 15 minute walk to the beach. The people staying at KMI were friendly and helpful. Sitting at the pool was always enjoyable and it was heated. I highly recommend staying at KMI.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023This place is perfect! I barely had to drive my car anywhere short of hitting the grocery store. I was able to ride my bike or walk to the the beach and everywhere else I wanted to go. Highly recommend!
