Welcome to the heart of downtown Wilmington, NC! This loft is privately tucked upstairs in the historic Shrier building with so much within walking distance:

Steps to coffee, coworking, shopping, and dining
1 block from the Wilmington Riverwalk
2 blocks to Cape Fear Community College
5 min walk to the Convention Center
15 minute walk to the Live Oak Bank Pavilion
3 miles to Battleship NC
7 miles to the University of Wilmington
20 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach, 30 minutes to Carolina Beach!

The space
You will love the contrast of being right in the center of downtown while being able to walk up to a completely private loft with all the comforts of home. The walls are 12ft tall and new updates throughout give this loft a spacious and modern feel. You will LOVE the balcony overlooking Front Street. Talk about just sitting back, relaxing, people watching, and being able to enjoy the bustle from above. AND the last little luxury I'd love to mention is my awesome dry sauna in my master bathroom!

Other things to note
No free parking for my loft. Street parking is free from 6:30pm-9:00am Monday through Saturday and free on Sunday. I park in the lot behind the building and sometimes find street parking right in front. There are several decks around and I just unload in the front (if space allows) and then I move my car.

There is a walk up! One flight of stairs, no elevator.

Sleeps 6 means: Two beds (one queen, one king) and one pull out sofa. As my spot is so spacious it comfortably sleeps 6. I also have an air mattress as well. Please disclose all guests staying overnight as we set up accordingly.

I have a similar unit exactly adjacent to this unit, within same walk up. If you are booking a bigger party, let me know.

    Great location, easily walkable to Riverfront and restaurants; modern accommodations, comfortable bedding, kitchen well stocked, cute balcony for people-watching, etc. Parking behind building is fairly convenient. Will definitely stay there again!

    Great location! We loved the place and it had everything we were looking for during our visit. We came in to run the Half Marathon and it was convenient to be able to walk to the race and to restaurants.

    Emanuela was an amazing host. The loft was spacious with all new appliances and in the best location right on Front Street close to everything. We were having such a great time we extended our trip an extra day. Emanuela was so accommodating. Can't wait to go back!

    This unit was everything and more!!! The owner, an amazing lady!! If you are looking for place in Wilmington, look no further. Inspired all of us to want to move to Wilmington!! Location, excellent. Did not have to rent a car. Very walkable. Took Uber once to specialty store to get items to make Southern cooking at home!

    We were there for daughter's graduation from UNCW, sad we found this place as she was graduating because we would have loved to have stayed there on visits for all 4 years. We cannot say enough about the location and ease of getting to all the places we would like/need to go. Parking is convenient either on the street or there is an easily, inexpensive parking deck directly behind the building. The place was super clean and aesthetically appeasing . Loved the balcony overlooking the street below. When we go back to Wilmington, we will definitely see if this is available first choice.

    Modern updates but kept some of the historic charm. 12 ft ceilings make space feel much bigger than it is. Two bedrooms and pull out sofa offer more beds than many properties in the area. Excellent communication with host, very quick to respond. Location cannot be beat. Enjoyed the balcony facing Front St. Close to all the coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants downtown. Wish parking was free but no fault of host- hotels in the area charge more for parking than the garage behind the unit. Very clean, will definitely stay again.

    My husband, three adult children and I enjoyed our stay at this rental over the Fourth. It is right in the middle of everything and an easy walk to so many restaurants and the river! You do have to find your own parking, but we could always find parking on the street and there was a parking ramp right behind the building. The apartment is very well stocked with everything you would need. The only thing I might have liked were some beach towels, so if you’re planning to go to the beach, bring your own. Overall, a really great place to have as your homebase when on vacation in Wilmington!

    The host has provided everything you need to have a fabulous time. The property is in an ideal location to walk to numerous restaurants, shops, attracions and the Riverwalk. We felt so pampered and thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful trip. This property should be at the very top of your list if you are considering visiting Wilmington!
