Stayed Apr 23, 2026Location, living space, and layout of home were amazing! Linens were clean and everything was as described. Quantity or amenities exceeded the usual (plenty of waters, snacks, phone chargers, towels, etc)Communication was quick but really had no need to reach out as all needs were anticipated We look forward to booking again

Stayed Sep 22, 2022Property was clean, decor was nice, Royce was a great host. Couple minor issues: we had an issue getting one of the two showers to work (could have been user error) and there was a lot of late night noise along the street. The noise is somewhat to be expected for Soulard however. Overall, we were very happy with our stay

Stayed Aug 12, 2022Royce was super helpful before, during, and after our stay! The house was exactly what’s advertised. We were super close to everything downtown! It was a wonderful parents only trip! We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 10, 2022Loved the location, it was very close to many restaurants and bars as well as Busch Stadium. The house was very clean and comfortable. Only issue was the stairs. We are all older and the stairs up to the bedrooms and bathrooms were a little difficult for us. Otherwise, would highly recommend.

Stayed Apr 29, 2022Perfect for our girls weekend stay. The location was great! In the heart of the Soulard neighborhood, with plenty of places to eat and drink only steps away and only a 5 minute drive to the downtown area. Only thing I will say is that the place is 3 floors which we were unaware of going into not a huge deal just a minor inconvenience when having to go up to upstairs bedroom.
