Stay inside a piece of Chattanooga history. This 2BR/2BA condo lives inside a completely reimagined 1915 hotel, one of the most storied buildings in the Scenic City, now fully renovated with modern finishes and thoughtful design throughout.

THE SPACE

Two queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a sofa bed in the living area. The layout is built for real privacy between rooms, ideal for two couples, families, or small groups who want everyone comfortable without stepping on each other.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, blackout curtains, and TV, along with a dedicated workspace (The Work Around). The ensuite bathroom features a rainfall showerhead and quality toiletries.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, blackout curtains, and TV. The oversized second bathroom is next door with a large shower and quality toiletries. In-unit washer and dryer are located here as well.
The living area has comfortable seating, a large smart TV, vinyl turntable station, Bluetooth speaker, and board games.

Maximum occupancy: 6 adults.

THE HIGHMARK STATIONS

This condo includes five signature in-unit experiences that go well beyond the standard rental setup.

The Groove: a vinyl turntable with a hand-selected record collection featuring local Chattanooga artists. Drop the needle and let the evening take its time.

The Work Around: a full-size desk and ergonomic chair in Bedroom 1, connected to Chattanooga's EPB gigabit network, one of the fastest internet connections in the country. Built for guests who need to keep up with work without sacrificing where they are.

The Finishing Touch: a dedicated get-ready station in Bedroom 2 with quality lighting and a full-length mirror.

The Recharge: a wellness station in the hallway bathroom with yoga mats, hand weights, and exercise bands.

The Tailgate: a pet amenity area between the kitchen and living room with a dog bed, food and water dishes, and chew toys. Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval.

THE KITCHEN

Fully equipped for all meals. Coffee and supplies are provided. Filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator. No built-in ice maker, ice trays and bin provided. Compact dishwasher with pods under the sink.

PARKING

One reserved parking space is included at no additional cost. Detailed arrival and parking instructions are sent before check-in so everything is ready when you get here. Additional street and garage parking is available nearby, including free parking after 6 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.

LOCATION

Steps from the Tennessee Aquarium, the Riverwalk, Bluff View Art District, the Walnut Street Bridge, and the best restaurants and coffee in downtown Chattanooga. UTC and the Chattanooga Convention Center are both nearby.

Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls, and Rock City are 15 minutes by car. Cloudland Canyon State Park and Chickamauga Battlefield are easy day trips.

GETTING AROUND

Highly walkable location. Uber and Lyft are readily available. The free Downtowner electric shuttle connects downtown attractions and hotels. Bike Chattanooga docking stations are located throughout the area.

BUILDING AND ACCESS

Self check-in via smart lock. Secure residential building that is part of an active historic renovation of the original 1915 hotel. Occasional daytime activity in common areas is possible. A noise monitor is present in the unit and detects volume levels only. It does not record audio or video.

HOUSE NOTES

Not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults. Pets welcome with prior approval, maximum one pet, please keep pets off the furniture. Check-out is 10:00 AM.
