• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Trash: Please place all trash in trash bags and place them in the trash can outside by garage.

• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

    Before you decide to rent this VRBO, please be aware of the transformative experience I had. First, my uncle came to visit me from Hawaii, so I decided to surprise him with a mini vacation to Nashville. Unfortunately, I was the one who was surprised by the incredible opportunity to practice patience and understanding when I walked into the place we rented. It was Not a chance to rise above the trash everywhere and the blood all over the bathroom. Immediately, I connected with the host regarding the condition, and he stated that the cleaning person would come over, but that never happened. I have pics of everything I'm complaining about, and I requested my refund back. As of today, I'm still navigating this journey, and I'd like to enlighten others about this place before considering renting

    The property was very clean and the check in process was simple. The property owner responded in a very timely fashion, and we enjoyed the outside patio. The only negative thing was that the property is beside the railroad track and multiple trains came through everyday and night, but other than that it was great.

    Overall, this was a great place to stay! It was clean and had plenty of space…it was also nice that each room has their own bathroom. The train tracks are close, so you will definitely hear the train, but that didn’t bother us. You can also bring coins to put in the tracks if you want!There are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance, a Publix grocery is nearby, and downtown is a short 12-15 drive.
