High rise beach condo w/ water views & swimming pool - close to local sights

Great place, clean, easy access to eating establishments

Great location. Immaculate condo. Wonderful views of the ocean and pool area from family room and bedroom balconies . We would stay in this condo again

We had the best time! Everything was comfortable and had everything we needed. We come twice a year and it never disappoints.

Wished we would have realized that this condo had no beach view only the Back Porch restaurant and ocean. Non smoking property was fine except the fact that the security guy would never say anything to certain races cooking cigars and cigarettes by the pool at the beach on the properties private section. It was clearly evident it was ok for some but not all. Will not stay there again.

I’m not normally a reviewer, but felt I should share our experience. First off, Destin was gorgeous. The condo was very clean and the actual check in process was a breeze. However, I’m not sure we’d stay here again. I feel awful writing a semi-bad review, but I Want to be honest. I had a lot of trouble contacting the property owner prior to leaving for our trip, despite several attempts they never once emailed me back. I went through Vacasa and VRBO with no responses. They never returned my emails. The hot water in the condo was very short lived, and the kids weren’t able to enjoy the jacuzzi as the was would turn cold after about 2-3 minutes. Lastly one night we took the kids down for a swim about 8:30 but had to leave due to people smoking cigarettes AND MARIJUANA near the pool. We were very upset about this. We booked at Sterling Shores for its family reputation, and this clearly wasn’t that. That being said, the private beach access was amazing, and the staff we encountered could not have been nicer! Very clean resort and beach :)

The room was very nice. The broom needs to be replaced and the cooking pans need to be replaced

Great unit and close to beach. Poorly prepared us for arrival. Gated community and nobody provided us with the gate code even when I told him we would be arriving late at night. Had to wait an hour outside the community upon our arrival before somebody provided us with the gate code. Poor service.

loved our room, the view and our stay. this room was decorated so cute, stocked with all we needed to cook, clean and wash clothes. one quick trip to Walmart and we were set for the week. loved the two private pools, the court yard my boys played in all week and the umbrella food service! great idea! comfort for the whole family! beds were very comfortable, the pull out couch was perfect. will definitely stay here again. thank you 507 for making our vacation so comfortable ??
