Stayed Mar 21, 2026Very clean and comfortable. Would consider staying again. Enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant, bike rental, and walking distance to town. Property opportunities: Supply towels for bleach/pool…this is crazy that you have to buy these things on vacation to a beach/pool destination. The TVs are not smart TVs, too complicated that you need three remotes to work them. Stingy on toilet paper and supplies. Wish the pool was heated!!

Stayed Jun 12, 2025This is our second time staying at High Pointe, but our first time in this unit. We will come back but stay in a different unit next time. This unit needs some cleaning. All the bathmats and rugs were extremely dirty, the white couch was dirty. The bathroom doors in the master bedroom are barn doors and would not close. They were very responsive to this and sent maintenance over to fix it. Maintenance was able to temporarily fix one but not the other. And the WiFi was 1990s slow. With no cable tv, we had to stream and could not stream without buffering. TV in the master bedroom is not a smart TV and has no cable-it is hooked to a dvd player which would be the only way to watch tv in there. All in all, we had a great time, but these are just things to be aware of if booking this unit. The good points: View and location is fantastic! It’s on the second floor, so you never have to wait on the elevator. The kitchen is modern and fully stocked with anything you would need (although we didn’t cook). Other than the couch and the rugs, the unit was very clean.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had an amazing week as a family during the busiest week of spring break. High Pointe Resort offers a quiet space among the chaos for your family to enjoy time together. The condo was perfect! It was spacious, extremely clean and the bikes and chairs included help you enjoy everything on and off property. I highly recommend this condo for anytime of the year with your family!
