High Pointe Overlooking Lagoon Pool, Gulf Views!

Clean and nicely decorated. Excellent location!

The unit and location could not have been better. The only issue that I have is that I talked to two different people with the management company to let them know there were some issues we were having and they mentioned someone would be coming. It never happened because one of the things that was broken never got fixed while we were on our weeks stay!

The location was amazing and the condo was spacious and very confortable!

It was a wonderful quick girls weekend…this location is PERFECT! Walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants and… that beach! Views were divine. Condo was clean, comfy and well stocked. The only issue was that patio door that is very heavy and hard to open especially when humid out (we actually got stuck outside and couldn’t open but thankfully had bedroom patio door open). Would stay here again!

Great views and accommodations on 30A! We loved the proximity to the Seacrest shops and Rosemary town. It’s nice to have a pool and restaurant on property. Beautiful condo. Thank you!

Loved the condo! The only downside was I wish beach chairs were included because other properties on site offer it and its about 400 to rent for the week which is pricy given the price of the condo already!

It is has a better view of the ocean than a lot of other units. We did have to call Russell Vacation Rentals upon arrival because my husband who is 6 foot 3 and 195 lbs could not open the patio door. We were afraid the handle would come off. Russell was so kind and accommodating. Luckily we got it open and just didn’t close it tightly. Some instructions for the dishwasher would be nice. I couldn’t figure it out so washed dishes. Loved our stay though, but unfortunately had to leave a day early because of Helene. That stunk. Also loved having the Tiki bar. Great food and drinks

We had minor issues with the internet and burned-out light bulbs which were eventually addressed. Employees of Russell Vacations were extremely helpful. Negatives: Floors were very dirty and the old sliding doors barely closed. These need to be replaced (this might be an HOA issue). The noise from the pool equipment below the unit droned on all night making sleeping difficult (might not bother everyone). We had not been to the area before and were surprised that many of the beaches are private property. We were told to leave one area even though we were outside of the private property signs. Not a problem in Naples. Beautiful views and scenery, but we won't be back to the area.

Updated nice furniture, comfortable beds. Clean and well organized. Disappointed that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, we had to go buy more. And 1 garbage bag for the kitchen. There are also some things that need attention as well.

The condo could use a little touch up paint and the sliding glass door is tough to open, but other than those minor things, it is pretty perfect. You have to wear your blue band at this condo the entire time to get in and out of the gate to the beach. I would stay here again.

Mattress on top bunk was not comfortable. We could not use it.

My husband and our three children (ages 9, 7, and 5) had a wonderful stay at High Pointe. The condo was exactly as pictured, and had very nice finishes. The bunk beds plus full bed in the second bedroom really allowed space for our three kids to spread out. Proximity to the beach and pool, as well as shops, bikes, and ice cream across the street was perfect and allowed us to maximize our time enjoying our vacation. We highly recommend this property for future vacationers!
