High End, Sky High Views- Completely Remodeled on Sand Key

Great Unit with Fantastic views! Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We had one issue with the sink drain being clogged in the master bath. We reached out to the POC and they arranged for someone to resolve it quickly.Private Beach that you practically have to youself. The sand is VERY compacted and actually painful to walk on because of all the shell fragments. So just beware and wear some sort of shoes.The sand is NOT the fluffy kind found in the panhandle area.The garage does have a low ceiling, so i had to take this into consideration when parking.

Our room was great. The complex and the rental company had so many strange rules. It was uncomfortable when my 6yr old daughter using a small inflatable as a floaty was reprimanded over the loud speaker. Property management was not pleasant.

Walking distance to a couple restaurants and shopping. Early morning walks along the beach and stopping by Shorty's for breakfast. Very close drive to casual or fine dining in Clearwater Beach. Home is well stocked with all you need to cook or make cocktails at home. Nice to have the wagon to buggy lug everything to the beach! Nice quality beach chairs and towels. We loved the property. The security guards were super nice. The beach is just right there and we had gorgeous views and relaxing evenings. The front door lock needs to be updated. We had a heck of a time with the keys and having to manage 2 keys just to open the front door. Also the sliding glass doors didn’t open very well and locks were broken on those. Also, we had to do a bunch of paperwork outside of VRBO which always makes me nervous. And I spent a lot of time back and forth with them for emailing me direct and me having to print off forms to sign and then figure out how to scan and send them back. All of these forms could have been converted to pdf format and signed electronically. I probably wouldn’t rent this properly again just because of the paperwork hassle, but the property was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. We had a great time.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! 2 large bedrooms with plenty of storage space and comfortable beds, located on opposite ends of the condo for privacy. The large kitchen was perfect and fully equipped to cook some meals there. We used the outdoor grills for a few dinners. Balconies on both sides allowed us to enjoy the sunrise and sunset every day. We enjoyed the beach every day as well. The wagon and chairs were much appreciated! Everything about this condo was perfect and we would definitely love to stay again in the future.

Was a very good stay. The condo was perfect for our two couples. We had a great view, and the location was great as well. A few very minor touches due to the new updates, which I expect will be taken care of in the next week by a very responsive rental agent, thanks Sue, and it will be perfect. If you want to experience top quality, this is the place.

The location is perfect, too many restaurants nearby to try them all! The pools and outdoor furniture are immaculately maintained as are the grounds. The unit itself was clean, furnishings comfy. We had a small issue with a door which was promptly addressed by 2 lovely maintenance men. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Televisions and WiFi were great.And we especially enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and wagon provided. The beach is perfect! A lovely stay!
