This is an EXQUISITE luxury condominium located just above the Boulder Lift on the Nevada side of Heavenly - ideally located for winter and summer activities. If you enjoy skiing and snowboarding in the winter and hiking, mountain biking in the summer - this is your place for location and spectacular views.

This beautiful custom home, completely remodeled recently, is located adjacent to Heavenly Ski Resort's Nevada Ski area and right above the Boulder Lift on Heavenly's Nevada side. For the more advanced skiers, you can ski down to the Boulder Lodge/Lift (when sufficient snow exists as it is ungroomed tree terrain). The free Heavenly shuttle bus also picks up/drops off right at our parking lot for convenient access to the slopes.

This 4 bedroom/3 bath 2000+ s.f. unit is the most unique and luxurious one on Heavenly's Nevada side. It’s a very secluded and peaceful location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Sit on the deck and drink in the spectacular views of not only Lake Tahoe but Mt. Tallac and Heavenly Valley!!

Once you are in the home you'll enter the beautiful kitchen/dining room area complete with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, modern dimpled copper sink, granite counter tops and great Flat Screen TV for entertaining. You'll find seating for 8 at the dining table and 3 at the kitchen bar area. There is also a gear dryer in the winter for your boots and gloves to make them dry and warm for your next ski day. Down the hallway you'll find the first of 3 bathrooms with HEATED FLOORING! No more cold tile floors on those chilly winter mornings. Bathrooms throughout the home all come equipped with state of the art plumbing, granite counter tops and luxurious towels.

Go further down the hall and you'll come to the first bedroom. Master bedroom #1 has a comfy queen bed and Flat Screen TV. This bedroom looks out onto the forest on the backside of the home.

Go upstairs and find a spectacular living room that boasts even more beautiful views of Lake Tahoe. The comfortable leather sofas sit directly in front of a gas fireplace with a gorgeous rock wall upon which is mounted a 65 TV for streaming your favorite subscriptions. A game table with seating for 4 complete the room. Down the hallway from this magnificent living room is the 2nd bathroom and bedrooms #2 and #3. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has 2 sets of EXTRA LONG twin bunk beds (4 beds total). Bathroom is also equipped with heated tile floor, granite counter tops and contemporary plumbing and fixtures. A full size washer and dryer are also found on this floor.

Up the stairs to the third floor is the spacious master loft with a California King bed, reading nook, a 46' flat screen TV and walk in closet. The master bath has heated tile floor, his/hers sinks, granite counter tops, jetted tub and separate full shower. This master bedroom and bathroom have spectacular views of Lake Tahoe.

The house has reliable wireless internet for those with the need for a 'working vacation'. Step outside onto the top deck and into the professionally-maintained hot tub with unparalleled views of the surrounding mountains and an unobstructed view of Lake Tahoe. Nothing beats coming off the slopes after a great day of skiing, taking a plunge in the hot tub, relaxing while you overlook the lake and absorb the tranquility of world known as Lake Tahoe.

Weber gas BBQ grill conveniently located on the first floor deck with propane provided.

There are several stairs leading down to the unit as well as inside, so for those who might have or have difficulty with stairs this might not be an appropriate unit.

    Great view!! This was advertised as ski out. Be aware unless you are an expert you will have to go to the parking lot to ski out. Stay was easy. Pretty inconvenient you can’t park right at the house but we knew that upfront. Could definitely use some update bedding. Our bedding looked 30 years old. Also be aware this is a split condo. You share your balcony with the neighbors. (Your hot tub and their hot tub are on the same balcony with no divider).

    We had a wonderful stay at this property. The views are incredible, there's tons of space and separation between the three floors. It's the very last property on the street so has views in three directions and feels a little more private. One condo shares decks with you but we ended up with great neighbors who enhanced our stay. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub and fireplace were nice and convenient to use. Very convenient to Stagecoach and Boulder lodges which both offer free parking and are 1 minute and 5 minutes away respectively. We just left our skis and snowboards on/in the car and drove every day. Also not far from civilization and restaurants which is a huge bonus at a mountain. There were 7 of us and felt like a lot of space.Things to note that may be negatives for others: -- coming and going involves stairs and a walk to the parking lot. This was a little rough as we were acclimating but got easier and easier. You can drive your car to the top of the stairs for loading and unloading if you want.-- Ski out is possible but you have to be a very good skier. our neighbors skied out but we did not. Ski-in is skiing to the middle of the stagecoach hill and then a medium length walk back.

    This “diamond in the rough” is absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed. Quite honestly, it was a privilege to stay in the this humble abode! The moment you walk in, it feels like you are home. The townhouse was extremely clean (I am OCD and often clean upon arrival - no need this time.)! It had every amenity you could think of from those you would typically expect, down to seasonings for cooking. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a fantastic layout for our crew of seven. The second level common area was so warm and inviting after a long day of skiing. The upstairs grand bedroom was super spacious and accommodating. The views did not disappoint and were seen on EVER level of this lovely venue! The owners were very responsive and sincere. You could tell they take a lot of pride in this property, putting their guest’s experience as a top priority! If we ever get the opportunity to come back to Heavenly, we will plan around availability of this property!

    Very clean and well maintained. It has a gorgeous view and a killer hot tub. The place has been updated and it shows. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was seamless. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

    We celebrated my 50th birthday in beautiful Lake Tahoe with 3 other couples. We absolutely loved the house, the sunsets were spectacular! The house was so well appointed, we only needed to supply food and beverages. We were all impressed with the fullness of supplies provided, don’t need to purchase additional toiletries, detergents, etc. The house is stocked with plenty of these items for your stay. The beds are comfortable, Fall weather was great. And again, THE VIEW!!!! Would absolutely recommend this property!

    Perfect property for a ski trip with family or friends. We went with four skiers (bunk room had beds for more). Property was beautiful, well-kept, and clean. View of the lake to die for. Instructions were clear and accurate. Only challenge was navigating the walk /shuttle to and from Stagecoach lift. A stretch to call the place “ski out”. But overall, wow!
