Heart of Jackson St-4BR Victorian Unit just steps to Beach and Mall with Parking

This house is very well kept & clean. It is in the most perfect location & truly is in the heart of everything. The owner was very responsive and kind. Overall we had a wonderful trip for Christmas in cape may. We plan to return for the summer as well. Only “complaint” was the basement was very cold. It was fine for us since we didn’t have too many people where anyone really needed to sleep downstairs. But if you’re staying in the winter with a lot of people, just keep that in mind. But otherwise- it was a perfect home! Will certainly recommend!

Great location, very nice home, parking a little difficult, clean.

Amazing property right in the heart of Cape May. The house itself is spectacular - spacious, super clean, nice furnishings & modern appliances, all the amenities you could want. It has really nice, spacious porches and a separate living room and dining room area too - It's a very roomy stay. The location puts you right next to places you'll want to be - steps from the Washington Mall, Cape May Boardwalk, the Convention Center, many Restaurants. It's also a very short ride up to Sunset Beach, Cape May Lighthouse, the Parks, Nature preserve, and Cold Springs village. What really puts it over the top though is the property's private driveway with 2 parking spaces. You can just leave the car(s) there, walk out the door, half-a-block down, and you're at the Washington Street mall, or go about a block-and-a-half in the other direction and you're on Beach Ave and the Boardwalk! Anyone who has driven down on the weekend and had to find/pay for parking knows why that's a big deal. Plus, the host Steve is super kind and helpful. This is our 2nd year in a row staying at this property and we'll definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed staying at this house! It was clean, roomy, and the location was perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

We’ve been coming down to Cape May for the past 7 years for a long weekend/easter holiday. This year we wanted to try a new place and this house did not disappoint! The house itself was beautiful - inside and out; well appointed, clean and a perfect location for going to both town and the beach. We never had to drive anywhere! The dining room and window seat were our favorite room - with a race to see who could claim the window seat first when we’d return from being out. The side porch was lovely for coffee in the morning and reading in the afternoon. Our only complaint was the temperature difference between the basement bedrooms and the main floor living room/bedroom. A few extra blankets were needed downstairs. Overall, a fabulous place and we hope to be back!

Everything was perfect! The location is minutes from the beach and only seconds from the shops and nightlife. We had so much fun in Cape May and the property lent itself to just enough space for six empty nester moms who came to celebrate my birthday and to get away. The living room and porches provided a great area for all of us hanging out together and the dining room became the make-up room with all of our make-up mirrors (hope that was ok, lol) and there is parking!!! We are already talking about coming back in December but bringing husbands this time (maybe - it was great just us) Thank you Steve for answering all of our questions - we give this property all thumbs up!!

Our family has been vacationing a week in Cape May - Ocean City, NJ for the past 5 summers and this property is hands-down the best overall experience and value we have had so far. Super clean, very spacious, and all of the comfort amenities you could think of are included. Has a private driveway & parking with a modern and stylish interior and furnishings. The host Steve was also super helpful and friendly. Lastly, the location is truly Amazing - great dining is literally steps away from your front door and the Washington Mall & Commons, Congress Hall, Cape May Convention Center, and the Boardwalk are all within a 5–7-minute walk. Cape May Lighthouse, Sunset Beach, and Cape May Point Park & wildlife area are all less than a 10-minute drive away. I give this vacation property the highest of ratings and recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay. Your home was very charming, clean and in a great location! If you enjoy shopping but not carrying items for very long. this is the home for you. Cape Mays beautiful beach is a five minute walk from this home. Washington street shops are a two minute walk. We had no idea there would be a side walk sale the weekend we stayed! Made several shopping bag drops, then shop for more goodies! Don’t miss The original Fudge Kitchen…the candies in this shop are amazing! Steve we had a great stay thank you!

Overall

Perfect week in Cape May. There was an issue with the lock on the rear door, the owners replaced it the next day. Could not ask for more.
