Great stay for a weekend downtown very close to the nightlife

We will be back! The host was SO friendly and helpful, the condo was in the heart of all the fun downtown, and the condo was so cute- perfect for a couple's weekend getaway. The condo was also very clean.

I loved the loft and its location. It was very comfortable and the size was perfect.

Wonderful trip, the owners are wonderful, quick to respond with an issues (only issue I had was road closures due to a festival, nothing they did) but they were to quick to help with alternate directions etc. would definitely stay again

Probably our favorite place to stay in Wilmington. Location is perfect and right in the middle of everything. Not particularly quiet at night, but we knew that coming in and were able to sleep without issues.

Had the absolute best time and will rent no other space than this during future Wilmington trips. Host went above and beyond for us. There are truly good people still on this planet

Great location! I was there to go wedding dress shopping with my daughter and since her apartment was full, I opted to stay downtown where I could walk every where! The place had a great vibe and was perfect more me traveling alone. Is there noise from the street at night, sure but it didn’t bother me much at all. It was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. I would definitely stay there again. Hunter was very responsive!

Amazing hosts!!! Great communication, flexibility and knowledge of the area. Hunter gave us some great food and drink suggestions (don’t forget to stop by the distillery below the loft). Easy check-in, super safe area, steps from anything you could need, and all the basics amenities you need are in the apartment. Good sized place and didn’t feel cramped. Plenty of room to recharge after walking all over downtown Wilmington. Thanks again and hope to be back soon!!!

Hunter was great, check in and out was smooth. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything which is where I wanted to be. If I had a complaint it would be noise that comes through from business in basement (the price ya pay for staying downtown. I would absolutely book this location again.

We really enjoyed our weekend in Wilmington. The apartment was in a great location, everything was clean and the host is a wonderful guy who answered all our questions. Try out the local business underneath the apartment: momentum distillery. Very cool!

This place, as well as the hosts, were amazing. It's such a great location and the place itself was cute and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and in good working condition. If you're going to be coming and going I would highly recommend paying for their parking pass. I'll definitely be booking here again for my future trips to Wilmington.

Great location. Very clean. Nice space to get away. Owner responded quickly to our texts and gave great directions. It rained but we still had a nice time hanging out in the condo.

Great place!! I’ll start by saying the location of this place is unmatched!! If you want to be in the best part of the historic downtown near all of the best shops, restaurants, bars, AND one block from the Riverwalk AND affordable… this is your best bet. We couldn’t believe how great the location was. We pretty much never had to move our car.It’s not a super fancy setup or modern; but it’s charming. If you aren’t planning on spending a lot of time at the place you’re staying this is a great option. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Pros: it’s clean, has a cozy charm with the brick wall and big windows, a comfortable bed, has a mini fridge & microwave, TV, you can see all of the action happening down below on the Main Street from the big windows (people didn’t ever look up so I still felt like there was good privacy), the check-in and out process was super simple and easy, the air conditioning worked great and there’s a ceiling fan, and we could walk literally anywhere we wanted to go. Also, very responsive and kind host!Cons: Just the noise at night. If you are a light sleeper, this place is literally where all of the downtown bars and restaurants are, so if that’s not your scene then I’d find another option. It was perfect for us because we wanted to be near the nightlife, but it was very noisy at night so the point where it woke me up a few times. I just used white noise and ear plugs and then I was fine.Overall a great place for a short weekend!

If you want to experience downtown Wilmington, this place is perfection. Prime location. Super easy check-in. Owner was attentive. The place is immaculately clean. We loved our stay here. Absolutely no complaints. The ultimate compliment....we hope to stay here again.

The property is at the heart of downtown one block from the riverwalk. Very convenient to walk to everywhere. The host offers a parking which is fantastic given the challenge in parking downtown. One watch out is that if you are not a night person, you may want to reconsider as it’s near the bar and the night goes on until late! The host gave me very clear check in and out information and helpful.

This place for perfect for a nice little girls weekend!

My husband was unable to come with me to a wedding this past weekend, so I asked my mom to come. We had the best girls weekend at Misti and Hunter‘s loft! The ambience is very cool, from the exposed brick and the surfboards on the wall, to the location, smack dab in the middle of the downtown action. Their loft has a very rustic, beachy vibe with a lot of character. The Irish bar downstairs is a little loud, but it didn’t bother us much. One suggestion I could make is maybe bring a sound machine, but we played a box fan on our phone and it was fine. It would be so convenient for a young couple visiting the bar downstairs and then just walking right upstairs afterwards. Hunter and Misty made it so easy to check in and check out. Definitely pay for the premium parking spot. It is directly across the street! It is way easier than trying to find a parking spot. My husband and I are already thinking about when we’re going to come back. Thanks again!

From parking to the location this was perfect. Comfortable bed, place to work from and overall location made this perfect!

The location is prime location in the central of the river walk area. It’s next to lots of venues to socialize and dine , and is the perfect size for one person. It’s very clean , and nice bed as well as full size couch.

We loved pretty much everything about this place! The location is exactly where we wanted to be, with the ability to step out the door into the downtown nightlife. The place is clean, comfortable, and well-apppointed. Our only (very) minor quibble is there was no way to get/make ice inside the unit. There is some noise from the street below, but it really wasn’t enough to bother us, even on a busy holiday weekend. We will definitely be staying here again!

Had a great time visiting Wilmington for a long weekend. The location of the stay is right in the middle of everything which was super convenient. Definitely worth paying a little extra for the parking spot in the deck as street parking gets full on the weekends. Property itself is nice, all the necessities. Most of our time was spent out and about anyways. Only con is the noisiness of the bar downstairs. A previous review suggested turning on the AC fan which helped but be prepared to hear it until like 2am on Friday and Saturday. I think some insulation around the door would help a little. For a short stay it wasn’t a big deal and it may be quieter during the week.

This property is downtown in the middle of everything!!! In fact, River Fest was going on that weekend so a lot going on. But in spite of the loudness and craziness going on in the streets this condo was incredibly quiet inside, especially in the bedroom. Great get away

Very convenient, comfortable stay for 2 nights to visit with family. Overall highly recommend for those planning to enjoy the nightlife and historic downtown Wilmington. Noise (chatter) The Irish pub can be a bit much until midnight to 1 AM. Solved that problem the second night by letting the fan run on the HVAC unit. Same to drown out the noise. Also recommend the addition of a small Keurig for coffee in the morning. Owners were very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Thank you.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Momentum Loft. The property was just as described, and the location in downtown Wilmington was wonderful. There are lots of little bars, restaurants and shops on one side, and the Riverwalk on the other. Parking is also convenient. We were within easy walking distance of Live Oak Pavilion, so no fighting traffic after a show. Host Hunter was communicative and responsive and made the process super easy. 10/10

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. This little treasure is perfectly located in the middle of all the action that downtown Wilmington has to offer. This property has so much charm and personality, along with comfortable furnishings and cleanliness. Can't wait to stay again!
