Hear the Surf at Pacific Surf Condo

Our unit was very cute. It was well decorated and cute furniture. It was very warm inside unit and only 1 small fan for the whole apartment. Nights were cool and we were able to cool it down a bit. Another fan or 2 would have been perfect. The area outside the condo was just tired and dirty. A simple blow off of weeds and dirt and furniture washed would have helped. Communication was a bit slow and unpredictable and a bit confusing. Overall would probably stay again.

Honestly, this is one of the worst stays in Ocean Shores we've ever had; the place was filthy; we couldn't access the room at check-in due to malfunctioning locks; I slipped in the shower because no mat; construction work started right outside the back yard at 7:15 am; no proper screens on doors so I couldn't leave them open in case my dogs got out, which was really horrible because room got up to 79 degrees, but the west/east door exposure didn't allow for the north/south winds to enter the condo, which was really just a revamped motel room; they did provide me a small not very powerful fan to use, but it wasn't very good at bringing in the outside cool air, just good at circulating the hot air, and of course no air conditioning; rugs were absolutely filthy and needed shampooing; beds were non-supportive and gave both my sister and I (sleeping in the separate rooms, so this applies to both beds) bad back and head aches; other guests didn't feel they needed to clean up after their pets and poop was everywhere in the grassy areas; back yard has plants in the grass that have very sharp burrs that hurt the dogs paws; WiFi password never worked for the WiFi connection they gave, and I had called to report it; walls are VERY thin and you can hear EVERYTHING in the next unit; fridge froze our food; ran out of hot water in the shower after 5 minutes (no, really. . .); would NOT recommend this place, felt it was way too much money for what we got

The location was great, dog friendly. I loved laying in bed with the slider open and listening to the ocean. The sun came in the afternoon and it was great to take a nap. The condo it self was very cute and decorated nicely. Cant wait to stay again

It was what we needed and great space! We didn’t realize beach is not reachable from back of property & cannot be seen, but it’s just a short walk. Also happy to find that there was a bathtub not just a shower. Thanks so much for great property management

It was just ok. The space has a cute beach theme to it. The couch was DISGUSTING!! It was stained and covered in dog hair. The rug also had dog hair on it that stuck to our clothes, blankets, etc. Now we knew it was a dog friendly condo but we weren't expecting it to have sooo much dog hair everywhere, even in the shower! I will say the sheets to the beds were very clean! It worked for our stay but it isn't a place we would return to. I wish there had been a walk path to the beach considering it was so close. On the first day we saw a rabbit and deer in the back of the condos and a bear ran through the property next to us. My husband also had a flea jump on his leg when he was walking to the car. I believe it came from the neighbors to one side of us since they left the next day and we didn't find any other fleas in the parking lot after that. (There were NOT any fleas in the condo thankfully!) It was quite the exciting day. The mattress in the master room was the worst I have ever slept on and it squeaked with every single movement. My teen said her bed did the same. My youngest loved the bed in the cove in the 2nd room. We still had a great trip and it was nice to have somewhere dry to go to. The dining space had a cute set up, the coffee filters they had were too small for the coffee pot and we ended up with a coffee pot full of grounds, we bought new filters that were the right size and left them. The key box also didn't open for us.

The location of this place is perfect! Right near the beach and all the fun areas. The place could benefit from a deep cleaning. The kitchen is minimal and it's a small fridge so don't plan on cooking. The bedding was clean and beds were very comfortable.

Located close to town for shopping and dining. Dog friendly and the back door opens to a deck and grassy area which makes it easy to manage. Very quiet and comfortable. This was our second stay at this location, different unit with the same great experience. We will stay there again!

Clean, great location, helpful management.

This is a cute place. It is well stocked and beds are comfortable. The location is great! Just a short walk to the ocean, convention center and shopping. I talked with the property manager - very nice, very helpful! The only issue we had is that it really could use a deep cleaning. It just doesn't feel very clean. Things like the shower curtain, bathroom fan, the throw rugs, baseboards,etc - all dirty. That is the only reason for the 4 star rating.

The overall location was great. I think the cleaning people did the property managers a disservice. Things were not as clean as they should have been. Especially with the cleaning fees being charged.

Cute set up with plenty of dishes, towels, and bedding. Location to beach a short distant along with gas station and grocery store.
