Stayed Feb 3, 2022We were told to go straight to the property and had a code for the door. We arrived after the office closed, which we told Florida Beach Rentals. We needed a key card to access the gate and building. After over an hour of looking, someone finally found it. The unit was not clean. I can send photos. Garbage found under the bed, bathrooms were not very clean I had to clean them, the furniture needs updating. Only 2 of the 6 chairs remain on the patio and the remainder of the outdoor furniture appears to be whatever the owner found and put out there. There were 2 chairs at the dining table that were broken. Two of them were already replaced by the photos online. Luckily Florida Beach Rental responded every time we called. The heat and air conditioning did not work at check in. They came and fixed it and it broke again and we had to wait for them to get a motor and replace it. The water in the second bath does not get very hot. The garbage disposal backed up into the sink and had to be fixed while we were there. For the amount of money we spent, this was not acceptable. We have rented condos in the past and did not have any issues. The pictures online need to be updated to reflect the current condition of the unit.
