Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furniture in this unit needs to be updated. The couch was very uncomfortable. Also need to update primary bedroom bed very uncomfortable. Only nice thing was the balcony.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The deck is the best thing about this property. The description of the condo states you can sleep 6. This is not true because one of the beds is broke in the 2nd bedroom. The fold out couch bed mattress was disgusting with dry blood in spots of the very thin mattress. The curtains in the master bedroom fell and the curtain rod teetered totter and would fall if barely touched. When we arrived the office gave us the code to the door and WiFi info which was wrong and they close at 5 and no one to help you if you have a problem. For the amount of money this cost was not worth it at all.

The water views are great, both from the deck outside and from the windows inside the unit. It’s a bit of a climb from the parking lot up the stairs, but we like not having anyone above us (less noise). The condo’s furniture and beds were comfortable. We prepared some Thanksgiving dishes during our stay and appreciated the kitchen’s nice appliances & cookware. All in all, we were very satisfied with the condo and our stay.

We would not rent this again solely on that issue. The ice maker would not work and the kitchen light doesn’t work sometimes. The dryer lint filter is also broke. The location and view is great!!

The pools were extremely nice and this property has several so they aren’t over crowded. The view from the balcony was dreamy. We enjoyed our stay as a family of 5 with plenty of room. This condo is located perfectly for the fun.
