'Happiness Is!', Gulf Front, Heated/Cooled Pool, Dock, Views!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean. Conveniently located to great restaurants. Comfortable bed and living room. Washer and dryer very nice!Areas to improve: update towels in bathrooms. Very old and rough on skin.Upstairs TV had old batteries, we purchased new ones. Coffee pot did not work.Overall property has beautiful views, easy access to dock and pool. Minor things were overlooked, and would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying here very much! The condo is great and we had everything we needed for our family. The condo was clean and had plenty of room. The kayaks were a nice extra! We especially loved being able to snorkel right from the shore and were able to see an abundance of amazing sea creatures. The area is very peaceful and quiet yet you are close to everything you might need. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

The stay was very nice and the views were beautiful. Quiet area and a great place to relax. The pool was large and clean. Amenities in the unit were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

The unit is comfortable and is in a great location, convenient to sights and activities, restaurants, shopping. The community Gulfpointe II is clean and well maintained, with a pool, tennis court, and boat docks. The unit is clean but the decor is dated and could use an update to take it out of the 1990s, especially in regards to all lighting fixtures and vertical window blinds. The drinkware collection also needs a complete overhaul.

The condo is very dirty. The lampshades, light fixtures, mold on the ceiling, musty smell and no toaster are just a few things. There is rust on the refrigerator door, the shower doors and toilets. The white recliners are dirty. The blue carpet and the blue couches were damp. All of the shelves, plastic plants and pictures are dust covered. The wicker bench cushion in the master bedroom is stained.

The best part of this rental was the location. On the Gulf, close to Ocean inlet and minutes to everything else needed. Plenty of room and stocked with all basic necessities. The dock was great for our rental boat and many fish (tarpon, barracuda, gar, clown fish, mangrove snapper…)and manatees seen from it.

Perfect location for our visit to Marathon and visits to Key West.

The host was great, location was perfect and place was clean!

I've stayed at GP II many times, most in this unit. Love all things about it, owners have always been so accommodating! And the pool chiller is AWESOME this time of year! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful location, quiet with the choice of many activities to choose from nearby. Spacious condo.

We had an incredible time during our stay at Happiness is! The property was exactly as described. It had everything my family needed to have a wonderful week in paradise. The dock was perfect for fishing from and the gulf waters right behind the condo were amazing for swimming. While we were close to plenty of things to keep us busy, the condo was nestled in a quiet area that was peaceful and relaxing. The owners were quick to respond and made booking the trip super easy. We hope to return to Happiness is! on our next trip to the keys.

My wife and I just spent a week and had a wonderful time. The home was clean and just as advertised. The owner was attentive and made sure we were ready to have fun. This is our second stay at this home and look forward to the next.

Four of us stayed one week - which wasn’t long enough. Loved the location. So close to a lot of great restaurants and fishing. The views were fabulous. The complex pool was such a refreshing and relaxing way to spend our down time. Would definitely rent here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “Happiness Is.” The unit had everything we needed and then some. There were tons of spices, oils, coffee, etc. We left some as well. Also lots and lots of towels. We fished off the dock and caught several fish. Loved seeing several manatees there as well. Plus the views were spectacular. We also enjoyed walking around and the pool was pretty much ours. It was nice and quiet. We will definitely be back.

My sister and I stayed for a week at this condo, it is very cutely furnished, really well maintained and they thought of everything! Fishing poles, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, they had it all. The only thing that was a little concerning was the pool. Birds came in and made their contributions to the pavement around the pool, but what can you do? I would definitely recommend,

Condo was as described. Everything you need was in the kitchen. Nice and quiet unit off the street with great views and great access to all the Keys have to offer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
