Stayed Jul 5, 2025Incredible value for the money!! So nice and quiet and very walkable to quite a few local restaurants. Beach access right across the street!! Only gripe was the pool was down for a couple of days and upon check-in, they were just a little late getting us into the condo but other than that, very nice and would do business again in a heartbeat.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location and the community, but this unit really needs updating.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022Vanity in master is broken. Sink drains extremely slowly. Shower liner broken on both sides. Had to put the hook through the plastic. No battery in smoke detector!!!! Bed hard as rocks. Sofa “bed” needs to be replaced. No one could sleep on that bed. My son slept on the floor. Great location in proximity to beach. Loved the pool. Wish it had a hot tub. I would stay here again but not in this unit. Too many issues for the price. Biggest one being the smoke detector.

The ceiling fan in the master sounds like a plane is taking off. The sun comes right through the windows at sunrise, so, if you want to sleep in there’s no way. The washer/dryer needs to be updated. There’s two snakes that hang out by the back porch so be careful. The overall cleaning was ok.

We did not see any property management people but we communicated through email which was very good. I would definitely stay there again.
