Pools, Restaurant, and Sea Store now OPEN!! Indoor Pool (Structure not yet re-built- currently an open air pool.)
-The indoor hot tub, splashpad and grill area remain temporarily closed.
-The main lobby entrance is being updated and expected to be completed, weather permitting, 4/8/2026. In the meantime, the East walkway is still available for guests to use to enter the lobby.

SunDestin 1415 is a stunning 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo located in the heart of Destin. This recently furnished condo on the 14th floor offers breathtaking views of the beach from the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, while the bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. There is also a queen bed in the bedroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 6 guests. With its spacious layout and modern furnishings, this condo ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The amenities at SunDestin 1415 are unbeatable. Take a dip in the indoor or outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing and cooling off on hot days. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!
