The elevator was fast, easy parking, small condo set so not many people in the pool and the building was quiet.The biggest issue was the beach. It is a private beach but LOTS of other neighborhoods have to walk through the condos to access the beach. It was a constant flow of people from 6am-11pm. I wish someone would have told use that YOU MUST RESERVE YOUR BEACH CHAIRS MONTHS IN ADVANCE. This almost ruined our trip completely. We come to the beach to be on the beach all day. 1. Not only did Benchmark fail to inform us but they also list the WRONG rental area. The only listed rental company is for you to rent your own chairs and umbrella to carry down to the beach with you. Also, there is no where downstairs to store this, so if you chose this option you would have to take it to leave INSIDE your condo.3. There is a 40 ft square that you can bring your own chairs and umbrella but it was towel-to-towel and completely full by 10am. people were packed in like sardines.2. To rent chairs and umbrella already set up It was 6 rows of chairs in a very small area with very few walk-up options the day of. We watched so many people walk up each morning at 8am to stand in line and be turned down because there were no chairs available. The rentals chairs and umbrellas were set up each morning and we had small area for 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas. Everyone was playing music loudly, you could reach over and touch the next set of chairs they were so close. People were constantly walking around and through the area to get to the water which threw sand on your stuff or person. The water was packed with people and not alot of sand area for the kids to play in because the chairs were stacked so closely to the water. So, If you are coming in the off season, this is a great spot, but not during the season because it was miserable.

Beautiful view. Master bathroom sink drains stayed closed- super frustrating. Need to fix.

The beach crowd and how the private beaches are managed is the worst I have ever experienced. Until that is fixed, I will either rent a house with a private beach or choose another area that does not adopt the private beach concept. Seriously, it was really bad. Best of luck fixing that issue. Maybe the city/county will change the private beach rules. FYI - will not recommend staying at this property until the beach crowd is resolved. Condo and location was great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very functional for our group of 9, 6 adults/3 children. We have stayed in this complex before but not this unit. The condo is really in need of total updating including furniture. Some of the couch pillows were dirty, dining room chair pads were very dirty, and the patio porch doors needing paint. The unit barely had the essential supplies needed and lacked items like cookie sheets, few plastic glasses, limited number of cutlery. Hard to understand why they wouldn’t have a cooler or a few beach toys. We had to go buy this along with limited paper products and left them hopefully for the next people.

This place is so nice. Ample parking, easy access to the unit, to the beach, to the ocean. Walkable to just about everything.

This was the perfect place to spend a holiday with my spouse and children! We had incredible views, tons of space and there was so much within walking distance to everything. The space itself is clean, updated and so comfortable. Plenty of linens and things as well. Overall, a great stay!

The 4 bedroom condo was perfect for our girl trip and we loved the location - so many shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Great pool, lovely view, convenient beach access and restrooms, plentiful parking - we will definitely be back!

The house has nice furniture although the living room furniture is a bit tired. The kitchen is nice and well stocked. The outdoor space only has 4 chairs but there is space for much more. The location is a 10 minute walk to Rosemary Beach - we never used a car! The pool is nice but requires a fob for com8ng and going which was odd!

We had an issue with the battery on the door pad went bad at check in. The got us on quick and fixed it quick. And if it was because of that, all was perfect. Location was great. Boardwalk to beach was 20 feet way.

Lots of room. A few small changes would be painting/scrubbing the door to the balcony. New rug inside at balcony door (it looks like a runner that has been cut with scissors to fit the area). Otherwise, it was clean with lots of room. Would definitely stay there again.

The accuracy of the online listing was way off. This unit needs to be deep cleaned and painted in some areas. The kitchen cabinets and all the closets smell like mold. The washer and dryer were not checked to make sure they were hooked up correctly. The washer hose was not connected and caused flooding of the unit. This was a huge inconvenience as we were on the 3rd floor and we heard from the 1st and 2nd tenants they experienced flooding as well. The techs that were sent up did a good job of cleaning the flood up and were very respectful. We all felt we paid too much for this particular unit.

We really enjoyed our stay and the closeness to the beach right outside our door. Super close to shops and restaurants as well nearby. Dolce Vita is the company that services the beach umbrellas at Inlet Beach. We also had issues with our A/C on the last day/night of our stay which made for an uncomfortable final night. otherwise, we really enjoyed it!!
