The condo was very nice. The views were great. Catching an afternoon thunderstorm from the balcony was pretty cool. Access to the beach was quick and easy. Location relative to food, groceries, entertainment etc was also great.

Very nice, reasonably priced and well located place. Excellent pools and beach access which was the main point of our trip. Our kids made great use of the boogie boards provided. Red flag beach days and thunderstorms were part of our trip but that’s out of anyone’s control, but even in the thunderstorms the balcony provided a relaxing and excellent view.Communication with the owner was very responsive. Some things we did not ask about ahead of time and realized when we got there included lack of coffee filters and cooking spray. We made a wal mart run before checking in and realized we should have checked for these things before. Also check in time was listed as 4 but it was actually a window from 4-6 and our condo was not yet ready leaving us killing time at the pool with our luggage still in the car. Overall the litmus test is, if we were to come back to this location would we stay at this place again? The answer is yes.

Getting into the property is secured by a gate officer 24/7, making the area feel nice and safe! The property itself was just as we viewed it online! It was so perfect for our family of 5! Loved having the washer & dryer available right in the condo! Views from the balcony were beautiful!! The entire condo was perfect!! There were minor things that we found during our stay that needed fixed but I communicated this with the property manager so she was aware. I didn’t feel these minor things got in the way of our stay at all and the communication back and forth was excellent!! There was a little miscommunication with checking in. The front desk said they would send a text when the room was ready and we never did get a text. We finally checked again and the front desk personnel acted puzzled, like they had sent a text awhile ago. We had kept busy with the pool and beach that this was not an issue for us, however, I’m not sure what the texting issue was or how much sooner we could have gotten into our condo. We would definitely go through VRBO again and stay in a condo like this again in the future!! It was perfect!! I recommend!!!

Kids first beach experience was great!

The condo was beautiful. The location was great! Saw SO many dolphins this trip. Awesome pool. Great communication with owner- she sent maintenance next day when we had a minor issue. Only complaint is the # of beach chairs chair company.

Great location...walked to most places

Would have liked more info on check in & check out process. An advance viewing of all the forms we had to sign. We also would have appreciated a guide for operating the TV’s, a list of favorite restaurants. Salt and pepper in the shakers.

We had a great time at this home. It was peaceful, great view of the ocean and easy access. We would gladly stay again.

We enjoyed this property mostly because of the location, and view of the ocean. We loved the constant sounds of the ocean at night. We had some difficulty with check in, but the property owner responded quickly and took care of it. The property is lovely, and well taken care of.

The condo was perfect for what we needed. Great beachfront location with amazing views. Everything is as pictured and described. This was our first trip to Destin and we would definitely return to the Pelican Beach Resort.

Just as advertised. Easy check in, beautiful ocean views, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Property was very clean. The Tiki bar had people walking the beach to take drink and food orders or you could go to the bar and order yourself. If you're getting beach chairs, I would call months in advance to get in the first two rows. No chairs or umbrella's allowed past the first row of chairs. If you're in the back row I don't know how you see the ocean. Hope this helps.

Enjoyed the beach it’s beautiful

Our stay was amazing. Beautiful beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. Resort was clean and sufficient amenities. Condo was perfect for what we needed.

Condo was clean and just as pictured

The condo was very nice. The dishwasher didn’t work well, had to hand wash all the dishes. The master bedroom bed wasn’t very comfortable. The plumbing in the master bath wasn’t great. The tub had standing water at times. Just a few improvements needed, but very nice over all and clean. Good location.

This was our second year staying at this condo and again it did not disappoint!! Everything is as pictured and very well kept! We love Destin!

Visited Destin with my sister and teenage granddaughter. This was a beautiful, clean condo with lots of amenities.. two pools, hot tub, tiki bar for drinks by the pool, beautiful view of the ocean and easy beach access. We were in walking distance of restaurants and Big Kahuna water park so great location. Owners were very responsive as well. We would definitely return to Pelican Beach Resort!!

Our condo had everything we needed to have a wonderful time! We woke up to a beautiful southeast view of the Gulf coastline! Thank you!!
