Stayed Jul 26, 2022Condo was great! Pools and amenities were good. More chairs needed at pool. Beach was a little trashy with people leaving behind trash. Did not like the fact all chairs on the beach were rentals and the only way to have a spot near the water was to rent chairs from the beach vendor.

Stayed Sep 27, 2025Great overall location, beautiful grounds, very well kept. Ice machine took my wife’s money and when asked the front desk was told it “WASNT HER DEPARTMENT” but other than that it was great.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025It was great! Close to everything in the heart of Destin! They did have some noisy construction, however it has to happen for remodel and upgrades so couldn't be mad about it.

Stayed Oct 20, 2023Overall, this was a great property! Pool is large, beach access is right across the street. Pool chairs need to be updated and the only thing missing from the property was beach towels. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 16, 2023The unit was just as listed. Very nice. Wish we would’ve known there were beach buckets, shovels, chairs, umbrella, wagon to use! We wouldn’t have packed ours for an 1800 mile round trip! There was only 1 functioning elevator for 99% of our stay so long lines for elevator use, shower water pressure was very light, front gate wasn’t operating to get onto the property a few times.

Stayed May 7, 2023Sterling Shores is in the perfect location for Destin Beaches. However, the unit needs to be upgraded (refrigerator, all mattresses including the foldout couch were difficult to sleep on, sliding screen door was broken, primary bedroom closet door kept coming off the hinges, and the primary toilet seat was old and stained). The unit was surfaced cleaned but needs a deep cleaning. There was a smell in the primary bathroom that would not go away. It smelled like soiled cleaning rags. The front load washing machine had mold in it, so we didn’t use it. The towels and wash clothes were too rough to use. They felt like exfoliating gloves. Other than the above, the unit was spacious for our family. However, I expected better for the price I paid.
