This stunning 4BR/4BA penthouse is part of the Seagate Condominiums at Palmilla Beach Resort. From your doorstep, it’s just a quick walk to an array of amenities that include a sparkling pool, on-site dining, and a boardwalk to the beach. You'll love having a view of the Gulf and ship channels.

Contemporary design, high-end finishes, and twenty-foot ceilings make this a luxurious spot for your family or group beach getaway. Two plush suites with full en-suite baths ensure privacy and comfort. You have two balconies from which to enjoy fresh breezes, including one with seating and alfresco dining space. The rear balcony also has a great view of the arriving planes and jets!

When hunger strikes, Palmilla’s Black Marlin Grill is on-site. You’re also just 5 minutes from the shopping, dining, and entertainment of Port Aransas.

ABOUT THE HOME

After a day in the sun, cool off in the living room; kick back on the sofa (which converts to a queen bed) or one of the comfy club chairs to chat about the day’s adventures or watch a movie on the 55” TV.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals, including a Keurig machine for your morning brew. Grab a seat at the bar for four and chat with the chef. Then, gather at the dining table for eight and enjoy a memorable meal.

On the first floor, you’ll find a guest room with a queen bed and 32” TV. A bathroom with a tub/shower combination is adjacent.

The primary suite features a king bed and 40” TV, and the en-suite bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Enjoy direct access to a private, Gulf-view balcony.

Upstairs, you’ll find another suite with a king bed and 40” TV. The en-suite bath has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

A second living space with sofa and ottoman can double as a guest room; there is a twin bunk bed here with sleeper sofa, perfect for kids. Another bath off the hallway features a double vanity and tub/shower combination.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.

Condo amenities include an elevator and a washer/dryer set. One reserved parking spot is provided; there is space for one additional vehicle in the open lot. Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

    The condo is extremely spacious with the bedrooms all being a very good size and distance from one another. The balcony was nice to relax on! The beds are very comfortable as well. The microwave buttons don’t really work- you can only press the 30 second button to cook but other than that it was fine. Huge amount of dishes and good cookware to use. Would stay here again.

    The home was beautiful but the issues with hot water, no working lights on the patio, faucets in the bathrooms not working and the roaches I most likely will not pick this home on future visits.

    What a beautiful condo, and so conveniently located. We had a girls weekend and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pools and amenities. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated, we couldn’t have asked for anything more- highly recommend!!

    Palmilla beach amenities are awesome. The condos I will stay away from next time, I will only do the town homes from now on. Ball was dropped this time

    This condo is in a great location with plenty of space. But, there were many maintenance/cleaning issues with the property that were not addressed during our stay- the biggest one being mold/mildew growing on and in cabinets above kitchen sink and on the front door. Many blinds in bedrooms were broken so you did not have privacy at night.

    This house was wonderful for our family getaway. Plenty of space and a functional kitchen. The loft upstairs is great for kids. Noise carries, but that is probably just the way the building was built. Closets in the king rooms are huge, i was able to give our 10 month old her own room! Proximity to the beach was awesome.
