Gulf View Getaway | Ariel Dunes 1206 | Seascape Resort | Walk to Beach + Great Location

Its was little hard for me to communicate. I wasnt able to get code to enter the prperty ontime since they needed me to sign disclosure form through email. The dishes and pans were dirty. I keep getting email to leave the property before 10 am which put us pressure to leave early.

My family and I really enjoyed the multiple pools on the property, also it was a short walk to the beach

We stay every year at Ariel Dunes I. This year was a last minute booking. Communication was quick. The condo was just as stated. The check in & out instructions were easy. They also had chairs, umbrellas & a few other toys to be used for smaller children. We brought our own but it is good to know for future stays. We had a great time as always.

We have stayed at Ariel Dunes 3 different times and we always have a great experience! What we love most about it is the amazing pools, the short walk to the beach, the café that is located downstairs, and the cleanliness of the building. There are maintenance workers that are continuously working to keep the property beautiful and clean. My husband and son loved the golf course that is located on the property.

Property was as advertised, BUT the maintenance guys that HAD to enter the unit to address the water issues from the fire that occurred several floors above (prior to my arrival) were a slight annoyance. Had I known about that issue, I probably wouldn't have booked there. However, the annoyance wasn't that great, and therefore, the trip didn't suck. If you book at this property, and you aren't dealing with maintenance issues that the manager failed to disclose, you'll likely be very happy. It was a GREAT trip. It's a great location. It's a great property. The only downside was the hours of frustration from a property manager that didn't prepare/warn me. Cheers!

Check in was at 4:00pm and the condo was not cleaned until 6:00pm. It was somewhat beat up and definitely needs a deep cleaning. I would not re-book this condo or any units they have. I had close friends book a different unit from a different owner in the building and it was much nicer!!!

My teenage son and I took a quick trip to the beach. This condo could not have been easier! The check in process, the location, the information provided before we arrived - all were easy! I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view, cozy accommodations, kitchen had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, washer dryer in unit. Walk to the beach or enjoy the pool. Comfortable chairs on balcony. Enjoyed my stay!

The view was spectacular but that was all . The place was filthy. Mold on the shower curtain. Nasty toilet paper on the plunger by the toilet. The silverware drawers were dirty . When you sat on the couch the cushions went to the floor . The rugs were filthy and worn out . We have been going on vacation for 35 years and this is the first time I have ever left a bad review. Save your money and rent somewhere else . The property Ariel Dunes 1 is wonderful but for this Condo it was terrible. Very Disappointed.

For the money we spent everything need more improvement. Not to clean, you can tell they trying to save the last coin in everything.

Location was perfect, distance to the beach was great and the restaurants within walking distance were great too! We would stay here again. Third times a charm, we finally found our perfect spot in our favorite place to vacation.

Our stay was great! The condo is surface level clean, but needs a good deep cleaning. The bed in the master could be better but was okay. Overall we were happy and had a great trip!
